Hi everybody! I have a question for you… If you could grade your own happiness level, what would you give yourself?

At the moment, I would say I am an A+ but there were times when I was a B+ or even a B-!
So why the sudden interest in ‘grading’ my happiness level? Well, I stumbled upon an article about this last night and I really think that you would love to read this. I was astounded to learn that American’s are not as happy as the rest of the world!
According to the author, Howard C. Cutler, M.D. who is also a psychiatrist, bestselling author, and speaker, we have a very strong need to evolve, to deepen our understanding, and give up our older notions of where and how to find greater happiness.
So, I’m thinking, what better way to do this but to do the very thing that the Silva Method has been telling us we must do – keep on learning, of course!
Even H.H The Dalai Lama said so! Click on the link below to read more.
Cheers, Jill

Learning The Art Of Happiness
As a psychiatrist specializing in the science of human happiness, I’m sometimes asked, “What is the current state of happiness in America?”
Looking from a global perspective, studies reveal that America generally ranks somewhere between the 80th and 90th percentile in comparison with other nations. A solid “B.” Maybe a “B+.” Now, that’s a respectable grade. But in a nation that has deliberately enshrined “the pursuit of happiness” as an inalienable human right in its original mission statement, some might ask, “So, why aren’t we happier?”

I am an C minus at beast these days. I am not going to go on about why that is the case.
The Silva Method helps us realized that man is essentially good and this understanding brings an immense affirmation of the individual and engenders love which is the only real solution to better our world.
