Hello, I am amazed by the whole method: I am sure that subconsciously I have used it before, when I really needed help “from above”, now I am closer to the answer, how it works. . I am Polish, I have been living in Sweden for 10 years, I took Silva courses in English (home study) and in Swedish. I still don’t understand HOW our mind can be so powerful, to be able to change the things around us, I don’t understand the mystery of our lives and death. But it is so good to believe that we have some mision to do here, in the word. And that we can try to make it a bit better. I think it was amazing to hear to Laura Silva and to learn that you are working on a network of Silva’s method graduates. I am sure that we have so many good stories to tell to each other. I think that sometimes I don’t believe myself that the method is so powerful.

Hello Laura. Thank you so much for the videos they are truly very inspiring. Years ago I bought the Home Study Course “The Silva Method” By Robert Stone. At that time I was in the process of getting a divorce and my life was upside down. I just found it again and I have started the whole course again, even though it is in cassette format.
I don’t think I realized at that time how ahead of his time your father was in his discoveries. l am truly blessed to have been touched by you and your dad’s teachings.

Hi…I found the videos very insightful and useful..I want to thank u all for this silva experience and this newsletter as it is a constant reminder to follow through with the techniques. Although i dont meditate much, i find myself becoming more and more positive and intuitive each day,making the right decisions;simply by affirming and visualizing randomly throughout the day when im bored or in the bus and have nth to do..It has helped me completely heal my eczema and lead a deeply fulfiling,joyous life. Im only 16 and if i can succeed with this, then anyone can! I go through each day with a deep sense of gratitude and feel truly blessed in all aspects of my life. Thanks so much! Cheers!

I love your video’s! I have to admit I am terrible at procrastination and am just now getting more touch with going to level as often as i can remember to do so! I normally do it in the evenings, but hadnt thought of doing it in the mornings! Definitely will start doing so……
Silva Ultramind has really helped me a lot with my medical conditions and I definitely plan on pursuing it toward helping others.
And like the others above would definitely be interested in the caseworking setup when you get it up and running. Im IN!….I have done a few (without anyone’s knowledge) but feel that this is the best way we can help ourselves by helping others.

The videos are really great! I have listened to Laura s videos several times so far, and I find it very helpful. It s reassuring to know there is a real, caring, dedicated person behind the emails. Hope we ll get more of similar videos regarding the ways to overcome some other problems. I , for instance, have problem visualizing, seeing clearly a picture of my goals in my mind. Hello Laura and hello to all SILVA COMMUNITY. I am from spain and i am 33 years old. Since i am 12 years old i was reading silva books, and practicing the method by my way. When i turn 25 i got a seminar here in spain and i must to tell you, SILVA METHOD REALLY WORKS FOR EVERYTHING YOU WANT!!! All people is now talking about THE SECRET!!! and i think the real secret was discover by JOSE SILVA, because when u use the silva method to focus in anything you want you are using the attaction law about THE SECRET is talking.
I am not an instructor yet, but to all my friends and familiar people, i am teaching them how to lower to alpha, how to create the life they really want, dreaming in alpha, and their lifes are being better and better.
I really would love and help to get all the Silva Life System in spanish language, becase i beleive can help much more people around the world.

I took the live seminar over 30 years ago, in Hawaii, from Robert Stone. It changed my life, although in the hectic pursuit of life, I have often “backslid” and neglected the method. But I have seen, and experienced, seemingly miraculous results, including nearly instant healing of broken bones (in others), alleviation of pain from severe burns & injuries (myself), even bringing back from apparently dead a friend who was electocuted! A few years ago, I contracted cancer; the Silva method helped me achieve a great result: no cancer! I didn’t require radiation or chemotherapy, just a simple surgical removal. I barely needed any pain medication afterward. In my everyday life, it helps with many things, from sleeping (or waking, without an alarm clock), to finding parking places, even in crowded cities, like New York! It’s inspiring to see the comments from the many others who have experienced a wide range of life-enhancing changes.

Hi, my story real quick…. I discovered the silva system while going thru a real down time in my life. Divorce and losing close daily contact with my kids. I needed meditation to relax, and the Silva meathod gave me that, as well as the power to create my future. I did it intensely for about 5 years took a training seminar, and I did see results. Then I let it slide, forgot about it and did not practice it on purpose, though I always used it in one way or another….. like to fall asleep, to cause myself to have great vivid dreams, and to relieve stress. It works, I set my income level 3 years ago, and bingo right on that level.(now i wish i would have set the bar higher : ) ) but ce la vee, next time. I used to use the quick energy system while i was trucking and by taking 5 mins out to rest my mind, and relax it I would have the energy needed to finish my run, then fall asleep instantly and awake on cue. Very good! So it works, I just have to keep at, believe and recieve. I find it a challenge to believe I can have all I wish for, so thats my first step for my best of my life. ) I know now, that it was more mental thing, that physically my stomach was not irritadet, it was just a smell, so this technique helped me to fight with that mental reaction very well.
You are a great powerful instructor. Just listening to your voice and how you say the things, everything in life start looking so simple… Just listening to your lessons everything starts to seem so easily manageable, even the troubles stop seeming so huge and endless. You really know how to convince us that everything can be solved if we use our calm mind – that’s what we are doing in Silva Method – first we relax and calm our mind, and only then we are ready to solve the problems.
I haven’t discoverent much of the benefit of this training yet, but I can feel, that meditation helps to maintain my inner balance. But recently I have discovered the results of one Silva technique: once I got irritadet by a smell of some medication, I was feeling discomfort in my stomach and generally not feeling well. Then I applied Five step technique and voila! No discomfort left. That was a nice discovery. I could never believe that our mental powers are so quick in action
Anyway, I think Silva Method is what I was looking for quite a long time. Wish you and your team never ending energy to run this teaching mechanism and improve to better and better

I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks for helping me change my life around. My mother passed away at the beginning of this year from cancer and to be honest from that moment on my world crumbled and fell down.
