I just need to share this amazingly beautiful, refreshing, and encouraging meditation with you.
As many of you will know the solar eclipse just took place. For 6 minutes the sun was blocked, casting a shadow over earth.
This solar eclipse was not just any eclipse. It was one of the longest eclipses recorded and caused a balance between masculine and feminine energies.
What was even more amazing was that many people participated in a worldwide meditation event at the exact same time. This kind of power and energy resonated throughout the world and may be a catalyst for world change and a shift in global consciousness.
Even though the solar eclipse has passed, you can still practice the powerful meditation that was done at the global meditation event. It is a great way to reconnect you to the nature and the Universe and to allow your emotional issues to rise up and be solved. Because it addresses both the moon and the sun, it is best practiced during a sunset or sunrise when both elements are visually present.

Since the first time when the mankind stand up and can see the sky…the eclipses are the key to understand our incredible Universe…..we travel to the infinite beyond the stars in our interstelar ship named GAIA….NAMASTE!!!!
This was awesome!
I ask you to focus your awareness on the pole star when you want to better understand the universe beyond… If you do this, you will understand why I am suggesting this.
During that Solar Eclipse day, it was raining in our city and nobody knew Solar Eclipse happened. I knew from internet news but I didn’t know yet that was a good chance to meditate. Now I know that chance and I will take it in the future.
Thank you very much.
It was suprising to see in your mail that people all over the world meditating during the recent solar eclipse. I am an Indian, and the eclipse took place in the early hours over India. On this particular day I was meditating during the eclipse period, (even though I don’t meditate during that part of the day)and I found the period during meditation to be unusual. I cannot describe how. but it was not the usual meditational experience. I could connect this strange experience after reading this article of global synergy.

Shankar.
