Received a follow-up message from Jill Magso a coustomer happiness manager and followed the instructions to this page but didn't find any other route to leave an e-mail or communicate with her so I am leaving a post on this blog and hopefully someone will respond so I can get the free centering exercise and give the Silva Method a look and listen. Thank you I hope this is going to the right place. If not I appologize but didn't see another option.
