My dearest friends,
I am so overwhelmed with gratitude.
It is indeed a wonderful opportunity for me to be able to see and hear for myself, how much the Silva Method has helped so many of you.
A couple of weeks ago, I asked you to send in your very own story stories.
The results were overwhelming.
And I am truly humbled that so many of you have allowed the Silva Method to touch your lives so greatly. I decided to share some of the standout stories with you on the blog.

Signed-up for the free “unlimited you”, was unable to down-load the Silva centering exercise, when I clicked on the “visit this link to down load and play the centering exercise” the message said “sorry page not found.” Received a follow-up message from Jill Magso a coustomer happiness manager and followed the instructions to this page but didn’t find any other route to leave an e-mail or communicate with her so I am leaving a post on this blog and hopefully someone will respond so I can get the free centering exercise and give the Silva Method a look and listen. Thank you I hope this is going to the right place. If not I appologize but didn’t see another option.
