I listened to the Susan Boyle video and I thought it was amazing. I’m not one for tearing up but her voice left me drained emotionally. I’ve only heard it about fifty times and each time I tear up. I can only hope Susan can find her dreams.

I had heard so much about her .. but never had the time to see the video .. I just did.. and I cant believe it .. It brought tears to my eyes.. she is such an inspiration .. so very good to have something simple as a person with a dream and a voice like an angel in this modern age ….to inspire millions of people.

I’m so glad that Susan has her foot planted firmly in the door to where ever and what ever she sees beyond her tomorrows but what makes my heart sing with pure joy is the look on the crowds face. Not before she began to sing but after. Did you see the hope in their eyes? Did you see the thoughts of “maybe i can” glowing from their lives?

Susan’s life has been a journey and as far as i know its lead her to this place – but the magic of it all, is the way this part of her journey has ignited someone else’s life adventure (and she may never know it; a thing that doesn’t even matter).

We doubt others so often because we doubt ourselves. I know i do.

My hope is no longer for Susan – its for every one she has inspired by continuing on in her life the way only she can. Wonderful really… and i guess, if she can so can I.

This video means so much to me, because some of us sometimes feel inadecuate in some situations and don’t dare to dream. Susan is so talented, I admire the way she kept with her dream even though everyone laughed at her. This is a beautiful lesson to all of those who did not have the sensibility to feel respect for her judging her by her look. What an extraordinary surprise!!!!

Most people love a special story where the “plain Jane” or “Plain Joe” turn out to have the soul of an “Angel”. Best of everything to her.

But, I’m sure this was all calculated by Simon and the other producers. They had to have known she could really sing great before she ever got near the cameras. These people have to try-out, that’s no secret. And Simon Cowell knows the music biz and good promotion. Let’s not kid outselves.

I just hope she can withstand all the “sharks” in that business. And I do mean: it’s a business” first, not art!
