I need some clarification on this article. What kind of deep relaxation training is only temporary and done from the outer level of consciousness? As far as dynamic meditation training, my logic points at qigong or energy psychology like emotional freedom techniques. Of course there are more esoteric methods of dynamic meditation that go beyond the body into different forms of psychoenergetics. There are many ways to tap into the human psyche. I'm just not familiar with the methods that are only temporary.
