I see till now that there is many people having amazing experinces about this method, but not me, I am Silva graduated, I read meny books and newletters; but I’ve never had any experience ,I’ve dreaming about it but nothing positive happen, it look like there some block out somewhere else in my life. if somebody can help…….thank.
Sometimes takes long period in crisis. I think it’s the necessary time for the mind to recognition a circumstance or a problem. First you have to recognize the subject (the target or the problem). After you have to select your thought on this. I use much knowledge that works on me better, and i suggest you find what make sense to you and focus on it. But fist you have to recognize your target.
Sometimes you have to do your visualizations for 2-3 months to get results. I did. I think it depends on how much of a mental baggage we carry. Just imagine that your mental block (whatever it is, even if you don’t know it) is a mountain and that you are running around it and thus overcoming it.

The trick is to physically relax your body so you are accessing alpha, and then relax your mind by visualising pleasant scenes and experiences. Visualisation is an learned skill and the more you do it the better you will get at it. One you are comfortable with reaching alpha and using inner visualisation, you can use the sate of mind to achieve practically any result you wish to achieve, though it is important that you desire, believe and expect what you want to achieve is possible. I urge you not to give up, maybe attend the basic seminar again, since this is available at the seating price only for existing graduates. I am sure it can work for you just as it has worked for the person above, for myself and for countless other people. Good luck.

Si sabes leer en español tal vez lo que te voy a decir te ayude en tu problema. Yo soy graduado de los cursos basico y avanzado y al principio tuve el mismo problema. Mi error estaba en compararme con otras personas como tu lo haces ahora, luego me presionaba porque a mi no me salian las cosas como yo queria y cada vez leia mas para saber porque yo no tenia esas bonitas experiencias. La solucion fue olvidarme de todo y como mi mente ya estaba preparada y acondicionada para dar los resultados que yo queria pero sin presionarme, las cosas empesaron a suceder. Asi que olvidate de todo y no te preocupes que preparada ya estas solo deja que las cosas solas empiesen a suceder basta tan solo un deseo sin obligarte concientemente a que suceda.Creo que lo primero que te va a suceder es que vas a tener sueños muy bonitos y muy diferentes a los que ahora tienes.
my quession is how can i do the BROADCASTING method if i dont sleep at night ,been working nightshift allways and my day time sleep is done by short intervals ….i love the system and i go into a level 2- 3 times every day thanks again .marios varnavides
