As a Silva student (or a Silva graduate), you probably know that our brain operates in 4 frequencies – Beta, Alpha, Theta and Delta.
Each brain wave frequency represents a different activity and it all comes together to help you with your natural healing process. Most people operate in Beta, which is just day-to-day noise and chatter.
Beta is the fastest brainwave frequency, at 14 to 30 cycles per second. Alpha is slower than Beta at 8 to 13 cycles per second. Theta is an even slower brainwave frequency than Alpha at 4 to 7 cycles per second.
