Visualization always works for me but I have never tried it on this kind of time scale. Usually I use it for detail work or long term things. Thanks.

I have become increasingly frustrated with the fact that I am not able to VISUALISE as every single self help, blog, CD or course that I have purchased. I have written to many of the presenters but never get a reply back about this. I am sure there are a lot of other people who do not *see* as well. I am continuously left short in meditations as soon as the presenter says “I want you to visualise….”. I have been told by others to imagine that you visualise but that is a rather bad cop-out because if you don’t vusualise it, you don’t imagine that you visualise it either.
