    Thank you so much.I just used your meditation for weight loss and health for the first time and I must truly say that there is a calm and peace of mind that wasn't there before.This might sound rather strange but I actually When I came out of it I was still laughing and I find myself still laughing.It is not that the meditation is funny in itself,but it brought me to a place of such calm and peace,that giggles are coming out of me.Thank you,I haven't felt like this since I was a child

    I am very much happy while redescovering Silva Method.
    In actual fact I take a seminar in early eithees (1982)in Brasil , Salvador , Bahia .
    Now I live in Fortaleza , Ceara , northeast of Brasil , and suddenly I had the great need to sum up the efforts of my psichologist, with a good method of meditation and visualization.

    I am at the age of 64 , have been graduted in Mechanical engeenering in Sao paulo university some 40 years ago.
    I am retired now but have a great life with my new woman and two children .Have much to do with my own business but I also need to be self controled aginst the fears and stress of the life.

    I have recently read 2 books from the Silva Method. The first is YOU THE HEALER by Jose Silva and Robert B. Stone, the second is JOSE SILVA'S EVERYDAY ESP by Jose Silva Jr. with Ed Bernd Jr. They have been tremendous sources and I am imagining I would gain even more if I could take the training. It would be great to attend a training and I am searching for a schedule with costs, etc. Please let me know where to find a schedule, etc Thanks, Yvonne

    Dear Laura,thank you fro bottom of my heart for this amazing meditation.I start it only today and I feel so much peace and I set my goal with your meditation method to loose 3 1b every month up to 40 1b this year.You have given me hope and courage to do it. From over weight,I’m having high blood pressure.Is there any way to control high blood pressure without pill ? I really need help.
