I listened to the Silva Centring exercise audio before going to bed hoping it would relax me and help me go to sleep faster and longer. I had a very bad night; woke up very very early and could not go back to sleep. Please advise – it is a common phenomenon or just a coincidence.

Practicing the deepening exercises; does that mean go thru the whole relaxation process first when you wake up and are still in bed? Or just do the counting down to deepen?

Is it possible to get the program in mp3 format? I dont use cd player at all. My lap doesnt have one and I use sony walkman mp3 player.

It seems to me that people are afraid. They know they need this material but they aren’t sure that they can make it work for them. Understandable when the material concerns ideas that in many cases they have never heard of before. I find it best not to hand over my money (if I had any that is!) and to look for one tiny free idea that does work for me – that I do get results from even if those results are small compared to what I would like to be able to achieve. With this method I have found that my belief in the power of the mind has grown and I have found some direction for my interest in self-healing and personal growth. Good luck to everyone on this path.

I love all the comments…
In 1972 I took the Silva Mind Control Course at College in Utica N.Y.
My mom had died just months before, & I got a lot out of the course..
I did not stick with it …
I had my 1st truly mystical experience with it ..
It did truly OPEN my eyes….
Today I have returned to it….
Thank GOD…
Silva has helped to put me back on the PATH….
Please TRy IT , with a OPEN Heart….

Laura,you told me about the package for silva healing,now you told me also that it was made”specialy for me” but that if I dont act fast and thatmeans bying again,putting more money in Silvas banks,you will give it up to the public.Well ok,give it up to the public bacuse it is not moral for me to pay for something that I took years ago and was explicit inform not to pay again…I wich Jose Silva can be alive and I will ask him if this is moral.

Give it up to the public.I will stick with:Metodo Silva de Vida and if this will not work and heal me,then I will look for other methods not related to Silva,
