Is anyone participating in the recent meditation marathon being held by the Diamond Way Buddhism association? I was completely overjoyed to find out that this very significant event is taking place in over 470 centers around the world, including Austin, Texas, my home town!

This meditation tradition is one of Diamond Way Buddhism’s practices which originated from the historical Buddha, which began in India, and was first brought to Tibet in the 9th century. This year’s meditation marathon was organized by Diamond Way Buddhist centers around the world.

For three days, Buddhists from all over the world will take part in a meditation marathon to wish for everlasting happiness, health and wealth for all beings. It is even broadcasted on the internet through live streaming. I can’t help but revel in the wave of power field of positive energy that resonated throughout earth.

You know what I love about these events? They’re amazing for strengthening our minds, and making society better in the process! And it doesn’t even matter if you are Buddhist or otherwise, anyone can contribute.

Meditation is one of the most powerful tools to help us release negative thoughts and energy, and instead, focus on peace and joy. It will help our bodies and minds realize that there are no restrictions or boundaries.

So set your mind, spirit and body free and practice your meditation, and soon you will see the transformation to your new self and in no time at all, you will be able to move your personal mountains and achieve all that you want in your life!

Better and better,

Laura

For whatever reason I found myself actively including everyone I saw in the healing energy balancing that I am participating in for myself. It was very apparent in my thought on the 10th and 11th. I felt that it was because I was becoming more aware and of omnicient Love but perhaps it was because of the Meditation Marathon that I knew nothing of consciously.

Thanks for this article. Last night I was being kept awake by a persistant drop of rain from a gutter – until I decided to meditate on it. I think it helped.
