I need to re-learn breathing properly and re learn visualisation exercises again. I have seen children using this method secretly. You watch a child learning to walk. Just when standing before they move one foot.If they discover that you're watching they won't do it.It's a personal "secret".You can almost feel them going throught the whole process mentally.May be I am wrong in the way I explain it but I saw it and that prompted me to buy the Silva Method Mind control book, more than 20 years ago. I had to relearn praying and what it means just by watching children. Some I lost all that and now I have to start afresh.
