I have done many NLP & yoga type meditations, been to india and studied internal art for 2 decades and imo this is by far the most effective and simplest technique I have found , Period ………thx in 6 mths my life has done a complete 180 ….I am excelling at work, content in love, healthy and “working those case” to stay on the path……..

Dear Laura,
I took your online course and I do your meditations. Well, for over 30 years I have been on and off on depresion medication. I was told to make peace with it and stay on medication for the rest of my life. I hated it everytime I was told that, and never wanted to believe it. You proof that I was right all the time: I DO NOT HAVE TO LIVE WITH IT. No medication, more energy, and more in control of my thoughts. I feel like I have been reborn. Thank you, I will so much like to become a Silva Graduate, but only taking the online course was so far not all I need. I am manifesting to becom the first? Silva Graduate in SA, and take it to higher levels. I know it will happen for me. Thank you so much.
