I can’t download the mp3 file. I tried right click and then save as then I got not working mp3 file. I tried left click and this gives me the oops page not found, also the img picture is not shown.

Thank you a million times over . Thus far I have only been using the free meditation that you offer and have found it fabulous. I have been trying to meditate for the last 20 years and this simple but very effective tape has made it possible for me to sit for up to an hour and more at a time. I have sent your link to all of my family and friends so that they may benefit from the wonderful work you do.I have listened to the tape every day ,three times a day for the last 2 months or so and it has been wonderful. Thank you again for all your good work. I am very excited to try your home study course some time very soon.

This method is pure, clean and positive. Cleaning the house (the mind) of negativity is it something very important; I can say the most important thing in our life. Even a very small thought can put down a lot of work. I had to be honest to myself and to push away all the time when something negative came and only then it was working.
I will give only one example. I was going through.
I had a severe back pain for a long time. I start to use Silva’s method, going in alpha and didn’t work at all. After two weeks I remember that somebody told me that Yogananda couldn’t help himself for the arthritis he suffered. It was that hidden thought in my mind that stopped the healing. I just had to remember something else. My teacher from the seminar, had somehow a similar experience like mine and he could get rid for good of his pain, and suddenly my pain was gone for good. By my experience, you have just not to give up, and you can succeed.
Dear Laura, your father did a great job and you are doing the same thing helping so many people to make them healthy and happy.
Thank you for you support and for your kindness. You cannot do anything better in this life, you just have to never give up doing what you are doing.

Dear Laura,
I’ve been using the Silva method for over 20 years now and have enjoyed the benefits of a less stressful life. Recently I have been fostering to adopt an 11 year old boy with ADHD and ODD and I know in my heart that any form of meditation would help him greatly. My question is do you know of a way to make meditation attractive to someone of such a young age and with such concentration problems.

I’ve heard and tried many different meditations and this is the easiest and most effective yet.
