Physical Health
Having a high positive number in the physical health category means that you are most likely an active, outgoing and strong person. Stress represses your immune system making you more susceptible to colds and other illnesses. Mental Health

Spiritual Health
Having a healthy spiritual body is beneficial in many ways. Having strong faith will help you in making the big decisions and aid you in facing the difficult times. Your connection to a purpose greater can make you feel fulfilled and happy. You are most likely generous and charitable. Your strong spiritual connection will help you understand the big picture – keeping you positive and healthy.
Weak spiritual health will cause you to feel hopeless and out of control. Sometimes you might act a little selfish or greedy. You tend to be a more negative person and sometimes feel as if there is no purpose for living. Having weak spiritual ties makes you more susceptible to depression, mental illness and stress.

wow, i don't understand the scoring system at all. if i give myself a -1 for every even numbered question, then how can i have close to a whole 15? wouldn't it be -15 then? i am not sure what i am doing wrong but the scoring isn't making sense to me.

I had a difficult time with how some of the questions were worded. For example #10 on physical health–"I always walk or I take the elevator"–that seemed to be an either/or question, not a yes/no question. #7 on spiritual health–do I answer "Yes" because I agree with the statement or "no" that statement isn't true?
The idea of a health summary is great–the questions need to be worded so that the answer for each person is obvious.
Is this backwards, or is it just my dyslexia? It looks to me like a negative number is better.
The scoring was very confusing to me. I gave myself a positive 1 for each yes in the odd numbers and a negative 1 for each yes in the even category.. is that correct? If so all my answers came out exactly opposite. I am confused. What did I do wrong?

Wrong, your outlook to truth is very twisted, it appears that life is about ego to you. It is interesting to observe the mind of others, and see how far from the truth humanity is! These types of classifications and justifications that people are following only cause hopelessness . If people taking these quizzes know this and use it as a gauge to their personal true self, they will see how the ego that "KNOWS", only wants to impose their will and personal believe on others, wiping away the unique being that lives in that body.

This was a disappointingly stupid "Test". I am a well balanced and healthy individual who understands himself very well. I invite you to go back over the instruction to the test and do the test yourself and see ho your health is. I am a most dissappointed that Silva would put out something so banal and misleading. What is the deal? More sales, lets have an honest answer, did you just not check this over before it was emailed?? Jose would roll over in his grave!

I think I did it wrong, I'm an architectural graduate, with a fantastic home life, I like to study different faiths, but it turns out that I'm insecure, not spiritual, & really unhealthy? I think you got the scoring system the wrong way round, like taking the elevator instead of the stairs, I just don't get it sorry.
Hey, sorry to have to point this out, but I think you have the positive and negative scores the wrong way round. All the even questions are positive statements, and yet you have them scored as negative points, and you say that positive scores are good, but answer all the positive statements as 'agree' and you end up with a major negative score.
Or are you just testing us to see if we will notice this and have the nerve to point it out! LOL hahaha! I'm the kind of person who doesn't mind sticking their neck out, I believe it is important to say what you believe and not give in to social pressure if I think it is wrong:-)

seems to me that rules should be (for yes/agree) -1 odd…+1 even…in other words exactly opposite of: For each odd question, give yourself 1 point if you said Yes/Agree
For each even question, deduct 1 point if you said Yes/Agree. I scored neg in each catagory (-5,-3,-5,-6) total -19. For each question answered no, I neither added or subtracted. Please let me know if I misinterpreted.

This was a very cool test and and reinforced how I think about my life in general every day.
the spiritual quiz score was 0.
However, I dispute the framing of ques. as the answer depends on how u frame them. Several ques are repeated.
Health. If people work out regularly, with each set of exercises repeated only after at least the 3 rd day, they will see improvement in stamina & also overall health.
+ Tummy shld be kept in tight all day, whether inhaling or exhaling.
+ Zero salt / white sugar / flour.
These basics may help move up much faster

I always love your blogs. I still have not bought your ultimate and still want to. I had high scores in everything but health. I just got out of the hospital today with yet another heart attack even though I do eat very healthy, and in small proportions. Thanks for a great article and test.

It was a sobering test and helped re-inforce what I already know about myself. I really need to take exercising more seriously as I’m currently overweight. I’m a strong Christian- does secular meditation and Christianity mix? I’m sitting on the fence where silver meditation techniques are concerned.

Interesting. Glad this isn't a test to see who can get the highest score. The answers to the questions would fluctuate for me depending on the day. Actually i was happy with what was as one day could seem like a year, or one year may be gone before you know it. Life just isn't about me.

My scores were 4,1,0,4. I suspect I could have scored higher but the questions were either black or white where I could always find exceptions or think I could do better. The questions however were interesting.
