This article appeared in both The New York Times and Features & News Service, Chicago in 1974.
Written by Karen Peterson and Ronald Sullivan, the article basically discusses energy passes–or healing through the hands–conducted by a nurse in the New York hospital, who does it unconsciously to temporarily stop pain in her patients.
According to this article, the transfer of energy through hands is an eastern concept called “prana” and can be activated at will. This transfer of energy is a very ‘human’ potential and can be developed by anyone who has a strong motivation to help others, who must also have a fairly healthy body. This is very much similar to what the Silva Method teaches us, when it comes to case working and energy healing.
This article really fascinates me, I strongly recommend that you take a look too…
