I must say that 2009 was a wonderful year, filled with both challenges and wins, ups and downs, happiness and sadness. But the most important thing is how we overcome life’s challenges and achieve happiness & abundance to live the life that we want.
New Year’s Eve has always been a time to reflect and to look forward to the coming year.
I’m proud to say that Silva has achieved quite a lot in 2009. This means a lot to me as it’s always been one of my goals to see my father’s work continue down its path to success.
Here are achievements I’m proud of that I want to share with you:
Silva’s 2009 Achievements:
- We developed and made available a number of Silva products to everyone and this include: - Silva Peaks - Silva Mind Body Healing - Silva Intuition System
- We entered and strengthened our base in the Spanish market
- We did the same in the Russian market
- Silva got accredited by the BBB
- We’ve got more than 20,000 new members joining our online Silva community
- We’ve started working on new Silva products with Mark Waldman, author of “Why We Believe What We Believe”
- We’ve started on a new internet continuance program (more details next year!
) - We’ve secured the Silva brand, products and patents and this will hopefully ensure that we can go on strong for another 50 years
While it’s important to reflect on the past, it’s also important to look ahead, so here’s what I’m hoping to achieve in 2010.
My New Year Resolutions for Silva:
- Launch the new Silva product that we’re developing with Mark Waldman
- Continue to deliver great quality products
- Reach more people around the world
- Release new Silva books and videos by my father, Jose Silva
- Complete the US Tour where I will personally present on the Silva Method
- Travel to different parts of the world to further broaden Silva’s base i.e. Asia
PHEW! What a list eh? But I’m confident that with your help, and the help of everyone at Silva International, we can and will achieve them!

2010 is a start of great years for me, my husband, and my family! I have had a baby girl after e yrs of waiting this year and had 2 promotions! 2010, I will get rid of my overweight which have been a burden for 16 years. This year, I will alsso have our house fixed. No more worries about finances from this point forward.

Here I am reflecting this almost gone 2009 in which I did not achieved anything. I suffered all year.
For 2010 I am expecting through hard observation and keeping it in the present, I believe that what i want is achievable.
I am planning to work hard and pay my bills on time, and I won’t allowed nothing to distract me. ( with a smile ).

My name is Sonjhai and reflecting on 2009 was both challenging and encouraging. I did not realize that I could work full-time and attend college at the same time. I had already completed my undergraduate degree and desired to complete my MSW. I set out an intention to reach that goal in 2009 and I completed my MSW with a 4.0. It took focused concentration and lots of meditation. Coupled with a learning disability, I had to work evern harder, and now I know that I can achieve anything. Some of the challenges in 2009, my mother suffered a stroke and is recovering well. For 2009, I am focusing on paying bills on time, saving more money, traveling, establishing healthy relationships, working on a career in career development coupled with launching my consultant career.

Well i could say that 2009 is one of my unforgetable year because i encounter a lot of challenges for my job,financial and lovelife as well. But through my Gods’ faith and by the help of Silva Method i manage to overcome all my challenges this year. So im leaving year 2009 with a smile on my heart and embrace all the opportunity in 2010. Believe or not I just encounter Silva Method last 25 Nov 2009 but with these short period of time i was realy amazed about the result i had after applying the ultra mind system technique. Guess what? I visualized that my relationship with my husband and family will grow and it happens, I visualized that i won in a lucky draw and it happens exactly what price i would to be won ( HP notebook computer ), I visualized that i could find a new job that i really wanted and its given to me…amazing isnt it! Those are just a few of all my blessings i achieved this year.. Now i could say i will leave 2009 with a smile on my heart and embrace 2010 with a total transit of my life… I cant wait to share this opportuniy with all my families and friends so that they can live the rest of their life, be the best of their life too…Happy new year and more power!

For 2009 I retired from my job , I have lived in the present moment and read many books and have had a chance to make some fantastic friendships on the Gratitude Log , that is really my second home where you can find me at any time of the day.
I have completed the Oneness course with James Tyman and Anakha Coman and really found my true self ! I am so happy now to be living in Oneness of all Creation and all that is ! For 2010 I am expecting it to be the best year of my life ! I am going to help as many people as I can who want my help . I am really going to make a difference and am going to be the change I want to see !! Wow, what a year 2009 was. Not sure really how I got through it but that tells me one thing, everything can be experienced and lots of things can be learned from those experiences. But thank goodness 2009 is almost over and now onward and upward in 2010.
What I would like to accomplish in 2010 is a better spiritual awareness. Finding like minded people in all walks of my life. Leaving FEAR behind me, had ENOUGH of that the last 5 years or so and only looking at the POSITIVES now.
Enjoying the small things in life and enjoying every moment like it’s my last.
Starting a new business. Being prosperious enough to help when I can and counting my own blessings day to day.
Exploring new avenues and adventures and moving to a new small farm where I can enjoy my animals. Watching them be born, grow up and watching how they interact with each other.
Just taking life easier and more enjoyable is all.

2009 is a better year for me. More progress in ESP teaching and practicing. Many students changed for a better life with ESP.
In 2010, I hope that when Laura travelled around the world, she won’t miss China. If she plans to visit China, I am sure and happy to welcome her and bring Silva ideas to China.

In 2009 I was more successful at work than ever, improved my relationship with my parents, exercised more, and meditated more. I am studying the Silva Mind Body Healing CD, Quantum Jumping as well as teachings from other traditions, such as Yoga and Buddhism. I appreciate your genuine enthusiasm to share your father’s wisdom with us. Next year I intend to practice every day, with the ultimate goal to grow more wise, compassionate and self-realized.

stumbling upon the Silva sytem was one of the many miracles happening to me in 2009 and the way it is going….it seems a trend now for the next year. Not to show off.. nothing has fallen into my lap, but the work involved is work of love and I love every minute of it.

The biggest achievement in 2009 for me is to refresh silva techniques and braught in balance the fluctuating physical,emotional, spiritual and mental conditions and achieved peace and tranquality even in worse situations with God’s support.

As 2008 was good and challenging year for me. I lost my Job in August 2008 and My business was also not going well . I was totally out of every thing but thanks to God and Mind power Training I got my Dream job in Dec 2008 despite of current economic crisis. and from start of 2009 to end and I am having this good job . I had pay raise in March 2009. I am struggling to go ahead in career as IT Professional in 2010. I am quite hopeful that I will get my another Dream Job in 2010.

Dear Laura, My name is Leonard and my goals are very important. 1. I would like to learn to be a master healer like Christ,more than recently my health has declined drastically .I was born with and suffer severe asthma/eczema,last year i was trying to practice quantum jumping to find my perfect health double.When i fell asleep with ear plugs loud in my ear pullged in my ear, to awake with deafness and loud ringing/noise sensitve.I cried like a baby.Also recently i notice i have vision problems which i researched shortly i think its called ghost images.Another problem is my bones seem to fracture easy and don’t heal properly.But also my grandma is very ill and can’t walk well she got water on her knee its big,she dosen’t eat healthy no more and lives by her self. My father suffers from high blood pressure and has had heart surgery twice, everyday he’s ill and tired this worries me. My mom suffers from arthritis. Oh my brother had a son about 8 months ago and he has had multiple surgeries they had to connect his esophugus and some other complications i am not sure of because i didn’t ask because of the stress its put on him going back and fourth to the hospital.He wore a feeding tube until recent it was removed he has surgical scars on his back and stomach. So any way this is the main reason what i need to accomplish in my life this year and create financial security for my family and I. Unfourtunatly i can’t afford none of your programs i’m laid off and bills got be paid, strapped for cash ThankYou Much Love to your father Jose and your entire family Laura.

I was in a car wreck, and I have been trying to help heal myself and those who I can help. My life has changed so much in the last 6 years, I have over come so much and still dealing , This year looks and has started GREAT , I do feel blessed for all that has be given to me. This year I hope to do much more with my life. May we all be BLESSED.
First of all I want thank God for blessing me with all thing he has provided for me. 2009 was such a challenge year for me being out of work, with bill and rent knocking at my door every moment. I ask for any job that would help me along the way because, I was not receiving any feed back from jobs I had applied for. I was bless with a 2 year contractor job, that allowed me to pay the rent and some three bill monthly.
2010, Keep God first in prayer staying in touch with my spirtual side, attending church, walking in love, attending bible study and continous acknowlgement of my lord. Im planning every things that i wish and want to accomplished this year. Starting with dieting and exercising completing
college and paying off bills.
