And so we are back, ladies and gentlemen, just in time for Thanksgiving (like I said we will!) :D

Okay, for those of you who just got here and have no clue what’s happening, this is a continuation of an exercise I started last week.

See I was talking about how  we all have a list of things that we keep telling ourselves we’ll do, things that we know would improve us, make us better persons… yet we keep putting them off!

So I asked everyone to list down their 3 things in their “Life’s Big List” and then I gave everyone one week to get the ball rolling to accomplish these things! Those who actually do something about it will get a Silva reward!

Of course to be fair, I need to participate too… So here are my 3 things which I posted up last week:

  1. Start writing my novel
  2. Take guitar lessons
  3. Read at least one book a week

Well, what do you know, I managed to get it started!

In the past week alone, I have:

  1. Organized, collated and re-edited my drafts, and even started talking to a few editors to see if I could find one to help me out!
  2. I have signed up for guitar lessons :)
  3. I finished reading The Culture Code by Clotaire Rapaille and next I will be reading Paradise Lost by John Milton

I am feeling SO accomplished right now and so excited!

And now I want to see what you have done and share it with me. Leave your accomplishments in the comment box below and tell me exactly what you did to start getting closer to your goals.

OH! Please don’t forget to leave your email addresses too… This is very important because I will be emailing you the details of the prize that you’ll be getting from Silva for participating in this exercise!

Cheers, Jill

PS: Well, what are you waiting for? Go ahead and start typing, I just can’t wait to see what you have gotten so far :D

Iam learning new levels of Meditaions, It is just so hard to keep still. when your minds is moving 90mph. (smile).

What I have learned from Meditations the time to process the New Information that will change my life forever, Concerning Love
and why ALL my relationships ended the Very same way. My Mother left me at the age of 5 and they had to pry our hands apart. So every relationship I had up to now at age 52. before the relationship ever started, I knew it, already had the picture in my head that they we going to leave me. and I got Just That.. they left.

Interesting challenge to define three major “to-dos” in life.
    After some consideration:
    1. Finally get my goal setting seriously down in writing
    2. Start my dream board
    3. Clear out the “do-not-need-any-mores” from my life

    Guess I´ll be busy……..

    Hi Jill,

Did u really manage to do all of yours in only 1 week? I couldn’t believe it. It’s so cool when you did all those thing in quite short time frame. Am wondering how you do it exactly…

Well, here are what I’m writing last week

    My 3 to do’s are:

    1. Find a way to get at least $20k (or maybe get sponsored :p) before December 2009 to attend series of trading seminar held by my mentor Courtney Smith in 2010 to improve my trading skill.

    2. Fund my little sister university fee for 2010 myself (if can until she graduate) instead of having my paent do it. I love my little sister and this the way I show love to her and support her.

    3. Taking my girlfriend to exocitc phuket – thailand vacation in October 2010. Spending quality time with her and know her better and better.

    And here are the result:

    1. Already tried 2 times to get sponsored but has failed. But it’s ok, I keep movin and will achieve it whatever it takes.

    2. I already got a deal for next 2010 and my income from that should be more than enough to secure my little sister university fee. So goal No.2 accomplished! Yeah!

    3. Still haven’t figure out how I’m gonna do it for this goal. But anyway, my girlfriend already booked herself a ticket to there and it’s motivate me to go there also.

    Mission Accomplished Status: 30%

    That’s all Jill. Thanks!

    Happy Thanksgiving,

    Suhendro

hi jill! this week i spoke to a naturopath and have begun a “diet”, cutting caffeine is the hardest part! but will persevere for the health benefits!

played a game with my young daughter, very important to take the time out to do nothing but play with my kids!

am consciously blessing people who i think may need it, or who annoy me, in my quest to get closer to God, just letting things go much faster and being thankful that good will come from every situation!

Thanks so much for the program! Naomi

    Hello Jill,

During this week, I organized my photographs and scrapbooking materials so that I can get back into scrapbooking.

A few months ago I had moved and my teaching materials were all mixed up so I have started to organize my teaching materials and am almost finished.

Over the last couple of months, I was struggling with two study units from the two courses I am presently taking. However, I persevered with great determination to get ready to take the exams and did so great success.

Okay, here’s my “Life’s Big List” in no particular order.

    1. Keep learning Chinese. Sometimes I get lazy and stop learning new things.

    2. Make healthier food choices everyday.

    3. Continue meditation and study Feng Shui.

What I have accomplished this week:

    1. Learned a new phrase in Chinese.

    2. Had fresh fruit and low fat/sugar yogurt smoothies every morning for breakfast.

    3. Began a Feng Shui study course online and did meditation at least once everyday (sometimes twice).

  27. Rochelle November 26, 2009 at 9:56 am #

Since I developed fibromyalgia about 10 years, my life’s big list is huge. The pain stopped me from doing a lot of the things on my list.
If I pick the 3 most important items they would be:

    1. Getting my health back. I want to be able to stop taking all the medicine I’m currently on and to be able to go somewhere and not have to worry about what the seating will be like and if it’ll make the pain worse.

    2. De-clutter and organize my house, so I will enjoy being at home.

I have two items that run a close third–

3a. Get the ball rolling on the two internet marketing businesses that I’ve been sitting on, so I can bring in $3000 or better a month in order to get out of debt within 6-9 months.
3b. Apologize to my husband for all the grief I gave him in the early years of my “painful” health history. I’m striving for the restoration of our marriage.

That’s my list…now where and how to start…I guess my No.1 should have been getting to alpha level…I’m having problems with that and it’s the one thing we need to help get things accomplished. I will get to level!

Hi, I love this idea. I actually have more than 3 but here are 3 things I want to change or do; I want to(and will) start healing my body, healing my mind, and healing my family. I have already started the process by using the silva methods as well as routine exercise, quality time spent w/ my family and/or friends.

  30. Kristina November 26, 2009 at 11:16 am #

    Hi Laura,
    This is my original list of 3;

    * Get some of my fiction and/or non-fiction, published.
    * Become a millionaire, and help my family fulfil their dreams too.
    * Become a holistic educator; encouraging children (and parents) to grow and reach for their potential, not merely become efficient at memorising facts.

… and here are the steps I took

    * I submitted a short story to an ezine and had it accepted.
    * I started a millionaire’s notebook – ten ideas a day for 30 days – no matter how weird, wonderful, or unfeasible they might be!
    * I also started writing a blog about holistic education and my journey with my own little boy.

These were all baby steps really, but still, I feel great for having moved forward into the ‘doing’ instead of the just ‘thinking’ stage!

  31. irene November 26, 2009 at 11:54 am #

Try harder to forgive myself for not being there when my Dad passed.
    Work harder at my healing.
Try to master mediation and not let my thoughts interfere so much.

    End of week:
Still not forgiving, but slightly better.
Did an extra session at Church which was hectic but rewarding – felt good.
    Meditation still hard.

    1. Forgive myself for not being there when my Dad passed.
    2. Work harder at my healing.
    3. Try to find abetter way to meditate as my mind wanders too much.

    1. Stil not there yet, but slightly better.
    2. Submitted my next section to my tutor, also did an extra healing session at Church. Was hectic, but I felt good.
    3. Tried a different method, but didn’t help.

  33. Jelena November 26, 2009 at 12:15 pm #

Thank you for inspiration to make the list and do things.
Everything seems much harder for me since my husband died in May this year. But I’m trying to cope with life circumstances…
Last week I started using my husband’s camera, and made some photos..I’m carying it in my bag wherever I go, now..
I made my first visit to a friends living in a next town, and it was very pleasant expirience.
Every day I did some litle repair in a house, fixed a glass on one window, bathroom door latch, put a new curtains, a lot of cleanings arround…

  34. Thomas November 26, 2009 at 12:22 pm #

Here’s what I wrote last week:

    1) Complete and have my short film accepted and acclaimed in film festivals across the globe.
    2) Write, produce, edit and direct the feature film of the
novel “Now Is The Hour” by Tom Spanbauer
    3) Be in the most fantastic and loving relationship with a
man that truly is a gift from God.

    …and here’s the steps I have taken so far…

    1) I am half way through editing the SECOND edit of my short film. Next week I will submit it to a sound engineer for mixing.

    2) I have begun talking to people about this project and having their awareness add energy to it developing further. I have also been planning my strategy for how I will pursue creating this.

    3) I have started to identify those aspects of what I am looking for in a perfect partner as being the same aspects that I posses – thereby seeking to match my vibrational energy with that which I seek in another. My dream man is as close to me as I am to myself! Very excited about this one!

    3)

    Happy Thanksgiving to all!
We do not have that holiday in Asia but we don’t need a special day for thanksgiving. We can do it every day for the little and big things we receive.
    1. I started my exercise regime so that I can be at my ideal weight. It is not easy because the lure of chocolates and other sweet stuff can be so tempting after one has been on a healthy diet for a few days. The body just shouts for those naughty desserts.
    2. Looking for a job that suits me in all areas of my life.
    3. Trying to be a vegetarian which is not easy when you have not been brought up in a vegetarian family/culture.

Thank you for this opportunity to win a Silva reward/prize.

    2. I have stopped reading when I eat to focus more on the food
    3. I am in day four of a greens/fruit/veggie smoothies and organic no fat soups.

    1. Complete the three books that are in my head in 2010.
    2. Do chi gong or yoga every day.
    3. Declutter my room and organize papers.

What I have done towards these goals:
Located the chi gong sequence I want to practice, part of organizing my papers! Decided which book to write first rather than trying to write all three at the same time.

    My three:

To re-read THE MASTER KEY and study and add to my notes.

To put away everything and dedicate my evenings after 9 p.m. to meditation and writing in my Gratitude book Vol.2

To remember and put into practice the advice of a stranger I met today: He said to take one step at a time and to look at each step with new eyes and wonder, just as a child who is just learning to walk marvels at their ability to move forward and takes joy in each step, WE too should take a look at what is in front of us and around us at every step and be thankful. I AM thankful that this wonderous stranger came into my shop today and shared those words of wisdom.

Have gone from using 2 crutches last week to only 1 crutch this week–and sometimes NO crutches!

Wanted to be mobile enough to fix the Thanksgiving turkey with fixings–and I was! Cooked the whole dinner except for the mashed potatoes (done courtesy of my sweet husband)!

Well, I found a friend who needed extra cash for the holidays and she’s helping me finally organize my office and art studios so I can be more productive.

I have measured my kitchen to prepare for the organizing and decluttering there.

I have asked a friend to use her interior design skills to help find a solution to the layout of my crazy living room/dining room layout.

And I’ve got four marketing plans written for the various business ventures I’m launching or have launched.

So I’ve made great strides toward getting a beautiful home, being a business owner and an artist!

My first goal was to write a novel. I have done two things to move forward on this goal. First, using my remote influencing program I have sought and found new ideas for developing my plot and second, I have moved forward in developing the outline I will use for the novel.

My second goal was to connect with my spiritual self. To accompolish this I have returned to my Kabala studies as well as my remote viewing and remote influencing programs along with reviewing my two Silva programs and I have increased my medtation time.

My third goal was to Get my new business going. Through careful negotiation and a lot of research I should be very close to achieving that goal

    Laura:
I have completed 90% of two chapters of my dissertation (80 pages!)For the past four weeks I meditated twice a day, in the morning and the evening. I used the “Long Meditation” tape of Jose Silva, and Ed Bern’s morning and evening meditation that I got in Laredo in 1992! I visualized an outline, and main topics. It worked!
I also used the three-finger technique to read and recall lots of information from various books.

I am still looking for a job, and I am visualizing myself already in a job—so far, I have had two interviews since I began focusing on this goal. No offers, but I am trying to analyze my performance during interviews through anlayzing my dreams.

    So far, so good!
