I have never taken the Silva lessens but I do practice visualization and energy healing on my body and my family and I have seen it stop pain dead in its track. I have also done some distance healing on my family members, when they were in pain while talking to them on the phone. I am a great believer in your methods and I plan to buy your method of healing as soon as I can afford it. I suffer with chronic pain in my back that Degenerative Disk Disease and arthritis in my hips and knees. I also have Fibromyalgia, so you see I live in pain all day but since I have been practicing healing with my mind, my pain has become so much better. I probably did not use the alpha tapes enough, although I did listen to them quite a number of times. I believe in the ability of the mind to promote healing. I'm currently trying the EFT emotional freedom technique to get rid of tinitus I have had for over 30 years. So far nothing has worked on that but I will keep practicing. There is another interesting technology called Immunics that really will stop a cold from developing into full blown symptoms.
