The Silva Method has always been about helping you live your greatest life.
We’ve been doing this for over five decades, but today we want to do things a little differently.
We want YOU to step in, and help us help you
Here’s the deal…
A couple days back we told you about the top secret Mindfulness Project Laura has been working on.
We’re very grateful for the response we’ve received so far. Hundreds of emails are pouring in with comments on Mindfulness and Neurotuning.
And as we were reading these emails, we got an idea.
You see we’re very close to finishing this project, and all that’s left now are the finishing touches.
And that’s when we realized there’s no one one better than you and the rest of the Silva community to help us make this project a success.
Below is a blueprint of the Mindfulness Project that shows you exactly what’s in the program, and how it’s structured:

What we need is for you to look at this blueprint, and give us your feedback.

Tell us:

  1. What do you think of the overall program structure? What works? What doesn’t? Are we missing anything?
  2. Do you like the proposed meditation exercises? Are there enough of them?
  3. What do you think of the program length? Is it too long, too short, or just nice?
  4. Does the program look like something you’d want to follow? Is the framework clear enough?

Please leave your feedback in the comments section below. We’re going to read and evaluate everything we get.

Thank you so much for your help!

P.S. We want this to be the single best program The Silva Method has ever released–and with your help we know it’s possible

I think this is so fabulous….the thinking of meditative and scientific combined is wonderful. Because I believe that the neurons cells in the brain are what we need to transform…for health, for abundance, for the joy of living. I cant get enough of the kind of meditations that Silva has produced….so the more the better! I can relax and let go and dive deep into my inner self/neuron brain cells….I think the structure is good, I am not clear about the skeptical branch….what does this mean? It seems negative. Perhaps a different name for it? I am most interested in neuro-healing as I have Lou Gehrig Disease which all occurs in the motor neuron cells in the brain. That’s why I like the meditative part of the course….you might want to add some soft mellow music in the background, or the sound of the ocean waves….nature sounds I believe are very healing. Another question: does this replace the Silva Life Course? Thank you asking our opinions Laura. Blessings on this new project!

I am really interested in this wonderful project. However, the writing and diagrams on the blueprint are so terribly small that I couldn’t make sense of it. Sorry. I guess the only other comment is that I hope it won’t take a lot of time because I am already overtaxed that way. All good wishes. Anne

I love the way you explain you new research findings and giving us how to improve ourselves in each module. It looks fabulous, i would personally want to get my hands on it.

But i was thinking you could add a 6th module for pure meditations only. Just an idea i am floating.

    But overall, great programme Laura.

    Thanks.

Looks too complicated. I guess, it need more "sexy" phrase. The one which relate more to what actually the target audience need. E.g. Tuning the mind to get more money..etc.

  5. Pino Di Giovanni March 9, 2011 at 11:51 am #

    OK.

  6. Ramilda March 9, 2011 at 11:55 am #

The topics seem interesting and helpful but I can not tell anything about the meditations (which are very important to me) by looking at the outline.

  7. Frans March 9, 2011 at 12:03 pm #

    1. The structure is clear, but what is the added value of a whole module on being Skeptical?
    2. Instead of a module on being Skeptical, a module on "NeuroHealing" would add value (the power of mindfulness on healing)
    3. There are so many books, cd's and dvd's on mindfullness: not clear to me is what the new or different angle in this approach is; in what is it dfferent from other Silva modules? (I really liked the Silva on Healing method!)
    Kind regards

It looks total, complete, and very exciting. Next week should be very interesting, can’t wait.

    1. I don't think you are missing anything..looks pretty comprehensive to me. 2. I didn't see where the proposed meditations are located on the blueprint specifically…but I know they would be very helpful. 3.I think the program length is all that it needs to be…don't think you could cover all the needed material in less steps.4. Yes I would want to follow a program like this..it would be helpful…some structure is needed to form good habits and also to expand one's knowledge and understanding in order to really be able to apply the wisdom offered.

  13. Tiaan March 9, 2011 at 12:21 pm #

The blueprint you suggest looks fine, so good job in my humble opinion. I'm not sure if you have the benefits of diet and exercise included in one of the modules you propose, however i can recommend the inclusion or simply mention of these points to some extent and very highly. After all, your brain and mind and body can only work with what you feed it. A healthy mind manifests a healthy body and many more benefits of course.

I took the Silva seminar about thirty years ago and found it useful at the time because I was already convinced of the ability of the imagination to outpicture positive results. The problem with all of these self-help programs is that they become too complex. The people you want to reach are not at a point in their evolvement to worry about helping the planet. Right now, they want to get out of their own predicament (whatever it might be) and they need a simple plan to achieve that. Most of us don't even know what it is we want and unfortunately, if we need a program like this, our minds are too agitated and cluttered to appreciate the complexity of this program. It's too much to absorb. That's why something like hypnosis is so appealing. One session and you might stop doing something you don't want to do. Jim Carey said something really interesting on tv the other day. He says most of us start out with a misconception about ourselves and build a life around it. That is so true. And the bottom line: most of the time that misconception is that we are not worthwhile. I'm in my seventies and i'm still doing exercises to build self-esteem. I think mindfulness is the most important thing to foster in order to get a handle on one's psychological m.o. because most of our actions are rote.

My quick advice without getting into it too much. Have a quick start part of the program that would get the participants to a point where they are excited that something has happened within them and then hit them with the more complex fine tuning. Even the treadmill has a quick start button. And when you get your computer, there's a quick set up part. We all need a quick start.
You can only gauge your progression by outward changes in your life and you have to pay attention to see them. You also have to be smart enough to see that answers come in different packages than the ones you are used to. So, you have to be smart, insightful and uncluttered to see that your are on a different road. I can say all of this because I am finally on a different road and I am smart enough to see it. Good luck with the program.

  17. Peter M. Andersen March 9, 2011 at 12:31 pm #

Hi.__It looks very interesting. But what is meditations and what is not. If there is enough meditaions, I probably will be interested in the digital version. Depending og the price of course. The length looks ok, I think. Good luck with it.

  18. Leon March 9, 2011 at 12:43 pm #

It's always difficult to judge a concept without knowing the details. But after reading the introduktion paper and studied your diagram, I have two comments:

I am happy there seem to be focus on wellbeing in life in all aspects. It seems to be well balanced – Earlier you (Silva) have had too much focus on economy succes and business life.

Diagram: Consider changing the sequence. Do not end the session using 'the skeptical module' – Put in module five in an earlier stage !

    Sincere

  20. Narelle March 9, 2011 at 12:44 pm #

The program has an ordered natural progression which would be easy to follow. I like the later modules on self sabotage and the need for some scepticism…

  21. Shirley Ann March 9, 2011 at 12:54 pm #

WOW, read the Mindful blog. It was outline simple so everyone could understand and see the steps to the process.
It is a bit long, each branch has four section of development a total of 20 at is center Nuerotuning .
    I would consider this program.

  22. Jerry March 9, 2011 at 12:55 pm #

The content looks good. For it to be a successful program for me it will need to have techniques in it to encourage "sticktoitness". Each stage has to draw you to the next stage. Everyone is excited when they start a program, but "life" seems to get in the way and a person loses enthusiasm. The program will have to be a good book, where you just can't wait to get to the next page to see what is next. The Silva "bar" is a high one and I'm sure this one will be your best.

  24. Susana March 9, 2011 at 1:03 pm #

    Hi!
I'm glad to be the first to post a comment , I guess that means I'm a bit mindful!
To answer your questions, I'll try to be honest, but I believe the Blueprint doesn't give enough info on, for example, meditation. But I'll give you my overall opinion:

    1. The program structure is fine, and it keeps us interested, because each following module is even more appealing. I don't know if there's something missing, but then again, I don't know what you know! :)

    2. About meditation, I find Mindfulness simple and easy to start with, so I guess it's great for any program and even better for begginers. I really didn't understand what other meditations you propose, sorry. But, again, you know better!

    3. The program length seems just right, as I said, the program itself keeps us interested all along, so we won't even notice time pass by! We'd just want more and more :)

    4. Yes and yes!

I'm sorry I didn't add much, but I really just need to learn.
    Thank you for everything.

I would like to see more "how to"

  26. J.A. Dingman March 9, 2011 at 1:07 pm #

From a brief look at the blueprint, I would agree with the major points as they seem intuitive and as natural responses to situations that emerge. I find that procrastination is a bit of a problem since having lost my tuit. It was a round one and that seems to be the source of the problem. Good luck with the program.

  27. Jim Werner March 9, 2011 at 1:10 pm #

    1. I'm not sure of the "purpose" of the program so can't comment on what works, what doesn't and what's missing. If I knew what you are trying to achieve I could help more.

    2. Meditation exercises are my favorite part of Silva training. I couldn't find the proposed meditation exercises on this page. I see the Topics with bulleted items and numbers in parenthesis. Do the numbers in parenthesis represent the number of proposed meditations? In other Silva materials the ratio of "meditations" to "lectures" is about 1:4. Maybe the numbers in parenthesis are the number of modules, but which ones are the meditations?

    3. Sorry, you haven't indicated the program length, so I can't comment on if it is too long or too short. How long is it actually, and how long are each of the parts?

    4. The framework looks interesting. Not sure if I'd like to follow it. A lot of that depends on if it is new content, or content that I already own. Not really interested in purchasing a new program that is repackaged content I already own. Do you have a way of indicating what modules are already in other Silva packages/programs?

I’d like to comment but I can’t because on the print on the Blueprint is too small. I acquired a copy of the Silva Life System at the beginning of 2011, when I attended an Intuition workshop facilitated by Mandy Bass.

I’m most impressed with the quality of the Life System. I have no doubt that the lessons that I learned helped me to create my new book called Accept, Survive & Thrive – Helping people with disabilities accept themselves and their new life circumstances.

  31. Annaletchimy March 9, 2011 at 1:45 pm #

I think this programme is very good and it is in detail. The questions and sub points are very interesting. I'm looking forward to it. Although a few aspects might be a little difficult to inbibe, it is important. At least we need to try first before commenting. Good luck .

  32. Anita March 9, 2011 at 1:52 pm #

1.What do you think of the overall program structure? What works? What doesn't? Are we missing anything? The structure seems good.
2.Do you like the proposed meditation exercises? Are there enough of them? I didn´t see any meditation exercises on the diagram, as Anne said it is difficult to read.
3.What do you think of the program length? Is it too long, too short, or just nice? Neither did I see any comment on the length of the program..are we missing something?
4.Does the program look like something you'd want to follow? Is the framework clear enough?
    Yes, sounds interesting.

  33. UncAnnie1 March 9, 2011 at 1:55 pm #

Actually, the blueprint appears to be laid out backwards! For most western countries the flow is arranged from left to right, with the 1st step being the top left and the final step at the bottom right. This looks a bit confusing to my mind because you appear to start from the end and end with the beginning.

As for the meditation exercises, I do not see anything listed on the blueprint as "meditation" so it's hard to tell what they are or where they fit in.

It also seems to be somewhat "out of order" and I think if you re-arranged it so that they fell into the following order it might actually help people "get" the information they need to understand how the program actually works for them, and takes them to the 'next' level:

Mod 1 – (1) Understand and Apply Mindfulness
Mod 2 – (5) Why you should be skeptical
Mod 3 – (2) The Art of Self Programming
    Mod 4 – (4) Overcoming Self-Imposed Barriers
Mod 5 – (3) Training your Evolved Brain

It also appears that this blueprint is for a program designed for those who have no background or experience with mind-programming so it might be helpful if you made different programs for people at different levels (this could be a project in the future ;) .

It looks like it can be a good program, although it's hard to tell for sure from a 'blueprint' just what someone with some background in these areas might take from it.

I look forward to seeing the finished product!

  34. dave March 9, 2011 at 2:00 pm #

Module Two, Top Branch has Typo "The Coutless" (unless that's a word you've created). Other than that, I really don't see enough information on the chart to make much opinion on the program. Would I buy it at this time (with no further info)?? Probably not (unless it was VERY inexpensive).

  35. tahira March 9, 2011 at 2:01 pm #

    seems to be wonderful.

  36. ladymwilkins March 9, 2011 at 2:11 pm #

Wll, first things first, on module 2 first item I think the word "coutless" shulde "countless". I believe "Mindfulness and Neurotuning" would be something I would be interested in. I am looking to put my self more into the presen and less on the past. I hear people say that they have use their mind to get what they want. I am skeptical to believe, but if this would help me to get there, then things can turn around for me.

  37. Colleen March 9, 2011 at 2:17 pm #

It looks very interesting…a lot to cover.
But then as humans we are very complicated .
Overcoming barriers is what I feel would most benefit me.
I am sure the plan to deliver the whole package will be exciting and powerful to everyone.
Thanks for always working to help people to live better lives,

  38. Jean March 9, 2011 at 2:18 pm #

    Hi Laura
Okay… I've read the comments and agree that a section for the meditations would be helpful and reference to holistic health (exercise, nutrition – mind, body and spirit) would be advantageous, also took the point about quick setups and a section on healing. All of these are very useful and quite helpful. I have found that perhaps it is time for Silva to look at beginner, intermediate, advanced levels and not offer the same thing at the beginning of every programme. You feel like you're paying all over again for something you already know and feel you need to skip and this undervalues your programmes. It was difficult to tell which segments were the meditations based on your blueprint. However, each segment seems fairly well thought out and comprehensive and leads on nicely to the next. I hope all goes well with this programme and you find it to be successful for you! Keep it at a reasonable price and I will certainly give it a go!
    Love, light and blessings! Jean

  39. Beatus March 9, 2011 at 2:19 pm #

I am interested in the general thrust of this project but unable comply with your request. The chart ("blueprint") is not legible. (Enlargement produced increased blurring)

  40. rachel siegel March 9, 2011 at 2:22 pm #

There is a small typo on step two it should say couNtless, the N is missing. Having just purchased the Silva Method and gotten bombarded with info on tapping and Chakra cleansing, I would need to be given a little more concrete information before I would jump on it.

  41. Costel March 9, 2011 at 2:25 pm #

1.What do you think of the overall program structure? What works? What doesn't? Are we missing anything?
Too many words and way too complicate. The 5 stages should become 3 ( keep 1 alone, mix 2 &3 together, mix 4&5 togther, and every stage keep only 3 clear items.Simple is better.
2.Do you like the proposed meditation exercises? Are there enough of them?
Exercises proposals need to have a shorter preparation and a larger performance of the real issues helping the subject.Focus on results.
3.What do you think of the program length? Is it too long, too short, or just nice?
Program length have to be reduced as much as posible, for the sake of the results.Larger is against results, because it is hard to concentrate a long period of time .Not all the participants are high performers.
4.Does the program look like something you'd want to follow? Is the framework clear enough?
In the actual form, not sure. You should work on framework in the sense of keeping clear what is the main scope. What the subject achieve through this program.

Hope you will not mind on me being so direct.

  42. KISHORE March 9, 2011 at 2:26 pm #

I think it is an excellent program and should activate the mental faculties to achieve and manage things in a practical way.

  43. seagurl March 9, 2011 at 2:34 pm #

Thank you, consuelo, for saying the things that I'm not ready to say. I am 68 years old and this is the first time I have ever entered into a program like this. I'm not at all skeptical just so anxious to get started. I received the original course just a few days ago and will hopefully be starting today. No, I'm not a proscrastinator either…My time for this entire past year has been taking care of my husband who was not supposed to live through heart surgery. Now he is so much better and I am taking on finding out about myself. On top of my husband being very ill, I lost my mother just four days before his first massive heart attack last year. She was truly the love of my life and I miss her so. She had a wonderful 96 years, not sick a day until she just "got tired" To say that I need to find peace and solace is an understatement. I am hoping that this Silva program I am starting now will help me find out about me! I know by being elderly that it's pretty late for me to start but I have always felt that I can accomplish anything I put my "MIND" to. Again, thanks for the comment. I felt it hit really close to home.

  44. Sojiel March 9, 2011 at 2:34 pm #

I think its great, you are sharing your divine intelligence for a better world and too better our lives, a hallmark of peace in our souls of wisdom that would last in our lifetime. Our divine heritage is the foundation just as the roots of a growing tree. Each stage of thought or idea is a jewel that is priceless. We are all here to share our beliefs and serve humankind to enrich our philosphies for ages too come. Keep up the good work!!!

  45. Pedro Gallegos March 9, 2011 at 2:38 pm #

I hope it will produce results, that's what's really important, as humans we tend to loose motivation if we don't see results, , seria genial si lo hicieran en espanol

    Agree 100 %

  47. Pat March 9, 2011 at 2:43 pm #

I like the concepts covered — the biggest challenge for me when I go through a program is tying it all together and using it as a whole rather than components. Also, I would find a cd of just meditations very helpful.

  48. Susan Wilson March 9, 2011 at 2:45 pm #

Your blueprint for the Mindfulness Project looks interesting. There are a few areas that especially peaked my curiosity. Since I like to listen to the CDs in my car, my preference would be to have mainly explanations with one exercise per module. Looking forward to the final results.

    Susan

  49. adezeno March 9, 2011 at 2:51 pm #

i wish this programmed will include a final module no 6 specifically on how to apply neurotuning concept learned in each module together with a step by step instruction to enrich and empowering the following criteria.

    1) Relationship – family, friends, love one.
    2) Financially/career/business
    3) Physical outlook & health
    4) Self esteem/expression to the world
    5) Spiritually / God/ belief

    thank you,

  50. Pat March 9, 2011 at 2:52 pm #

Hello, in my opinion, Module 4 should be first. I don't know about others but the negativity and the way we sabotage ourselves blocks the first 3. Why not start with the problem and then show how to program the mind.

  51. ray March 9, 2011 at 2:52 pm #

I like the diagram, it helps give focus to the oveerall idea.

  52. Sttpeggysue March 9, 2011 at 2:54 pm #

Yes, I seem to have misplaced my “tuit” also… for many years…mine too was round and really and truly was a phyical object… it was given to me at the beginning of an IBM Management program to keep on the desk and explained a week later at the end of the program. Lost in the shuffle many years ago as well as in the clutter of my mind. Maybe this new course will inspire me to make a new one!

  53. Russ March 9, 2011 at 2:55 pm #

I agree with consuelo (comment posted above ) keep it simple and concise

  54. emily March 9, 2011 at 2:57 pm #

It looks very good, especially module 4. Maybe it's an idea to not start with: wat wil it al be about when you master the technic but learn at the beginning some technics so you can experience that it works.

  55. Sylvia March 9, 2011 at 2:57 pm #

Looks interesting— I would try it. I certainly need to dispense permanently with procrastination.

  56. Ron March 9, 2011 at 2:58 pm #

As a facilitator, I think the language used is too unfamiliar and too technical. Some used the phrase of making it "sexy" … I took it to mean the language needs to be more inclusive and not so high-brow. Using the language as it is might confuse many people and it may not reach the people who can best benefit from the program.

The one thing that seems to be missing is a way to know, acknowledge, and honor the "true me" over the developed "because someone wanted me to be something they wanted the ME to be."

  57. Frank March 9, 2011 at 2:59 pm #

    Nicely said!

Some of the questions you ask can not be answered just from the outline. What do the meditations consist of—-I do an active/interactive meditation that takes me to higher plain experiences.

What you presentated is like looking a a book index to gage what is in the book.

There was not enough benifit notes in the listings.

However by just seeing what you presentated, I am all for it. This is something that would definately fill missing parts of my life and alow me to contribute more to the universe :-)

I am anxious to see how I can obtain this :-)

  60. Atty March 9, 2011 at 3:08 pm #

I'm blind so it isn't accessible to me. Can you fix that?

  61. Pat March 9, 2011 at 3:08 pm #

I did not read all your comments, but I agree with some. What I want from this program is to train my mind to keep my body healthy strong & & tell my mind it remembers everything. I took this course back in the 80's so I know what it is about & I use it , I learned from my parents, who were never sick or even went to a DOC I don't need all the stories people tell on the cd's just give me the facts, I know it works, Iam not helping the whole planet but I do help the people around me. & I take plastic to be recycled, & pick paper off the ground.. Iam an intelligent, educated, healthy, loving person & I want to stay that way.Keep me healthy & active .thank you .

From the outline displayed it seems like a very good program I’m not sure how the section on skepticism fits into the program but maybe that is what help to promote mindfulness. I will be glad to be a part of this

The blueprint looks good to me. I specially like the section on being a bit skeptical and blind optimism, it would be very interesting to see how that is developed and gets explained. I personally think that exercising a little bit of skepticism once in awhile is good and productive; however the spiritual/energy healing community does not see it that way. The reason may be that many new healing programs, and modalities are being “invented” each day, and the expectation is to believe blindly on all of them without question, much less with a drop of SKEPTESIM.

Overall, it looks a good program that should be affordable enough for more people to have access to it.

    Dear Jill,

Thank you for allowing us to assist with this project.

Instead of 'Mindfulness', just call it 'Awareness'. Awareness is one of the truer aspect of our devine nature.

As the Paltinum Silver Method brought profound insights to my Being, I hope this project will provide and fill the shortcomings to those that need guidance for fulfillment in their lives.

  69. warren March 9, 2011 at 3:53 pm #

I have practiced the silva method for years. What I would like to see is longer meditation times accompanied with an audible cd of meditative background sounds to help a person achieve an easier and deeper state of mind. Always a Fan, Warren

I find the diagram interesting and very complete as far as the modules to cover. I would be interested in trying it.

It looks as if it will be a good program, but it doesn’t seem as if it is bringing in spiritual understanding. In fact, it doesn’t mention anything about spirituality, although I am sure all the subjects do help one to become more spiritual, but it doesn’t mention it. I am still practising my Silva Life System which is enough to work on right now.

  72. jayalakshmi March 9, 2011 at 3:59 pm #

your programme is quite nice.it is in correct shape. but should be in simple language.like it. Thankyou.

  73. Kent March 9, 2011 at 4:04 pm #

I have been a seeker and student of self improvement my whole life. Your chart is fine but I have grown very skeptical of most programs because I have yet to find anything that provides for radical change. In my case it is improving my health and energy levels. I suffer from Chronic fatigue and palpitations. I am a student of EFT, meditation, I read, I exercise and eat healthy but struggle with low energy and palpitations. I am all about trying anything but it needs to be very simple, to the point, and get results. Wonderful titles, graphs, and packaging is fine, but unveil something that truly gives results and the world will beat a path to your door!

  74. Vikki March 9, 2011 at 4:27 pm #

looks ok ..what about more meditation?

  75. Cherry March 9, 2011 at 4:41 pm #

I like it, but I agree with Mollel. I would love to see a module 6 with meditations too.
Also, I am hoping it's going to be free as many of us are struggling in these hard times.

  76. Donna March 9, 2011 at 4:43 pm #

The content sounds like something I’d be interested in. However, the outline does not specify which items are meditations and how long they are. As to your question if there are enough meditations, or if the program is the correct length, I would not be able to discern that from reading the outline.

  77. Clark March 9, 2011 at 4:47 pm #

The overall program structure appears to be good. As though it would lead from one module to the next. The 5th module seems a little strange to me. In the line diagram I do not see any mention of meditations so I must presume they are included but do not know the content or length of them. Program length seems to be good but again how are we to tell how long in time, each module is? The framework looks good. In the desire to improve, remember that the Silva method has worked for 50 years.

One thing that I do not see mentioned in the outline, that I feel is an important part of mindfulness is; by being mindful one is fully engaged in what they are doing at any moment. By being fully engaged they can be more productive, more successful and find more fulfillment in what ever they are doing. Otherwise I think the blueprint looks great.

  80. anne March 9, 2011 at 4:58 pm #

I think modules 2 and 3 are overlapping. Shouldn’t module 4 go before 2 and 3? And is it that important to be skeptical to put it as the last module? And blind optimism.. where do you put faith now? Hope this helps..

  81. Lyn March 9, 2011 at 4:59 pm #

I would have to agree w ‘Denny” and “Warren” in their comments w regard to the meditation portion but otherwise looks like an overall great program. Look forward to the final project!

  82. jayanthi March 9, 2011 at 5:01 pm #

I am very interested in developing mindfulness. However, the writing and diagrams on the blueprint are too small for me to go through thoroughly. I hope that the program won't take a lot of time but that would make me lax after the first one or two days. Jayanthi

  84. michaelpault March 9, 2011 at 5:44 pm #

I went through each of the subject choices that you offered and found the same functional problem at each one. The print is far too small. Even increasing he magnification from 100 to 150 % did not begin to make it
    large enough to read.

It is a significant planning blunder on the part of more than one person. Someone designed it, someone inspected it ( or was supposed to ) someone approved it, and someone set it to print size.

How did you do all that and get it wrong? Too much alpha, OR Not enough???? hmmmm perhaps only Jose' knows for sure… (raise eyebrow….! )

I would be happy to help you and to invest some of my time in looking at your ideas and giving you feed back… send me an email with readable print and diagrams…

  85. PhilipK March 9, 2011 at 5:46 pm #

I like what I see, it seems to flow. I would use more flambouyant graphics to demonstrate the flow, either like a wheel or just straight down like people read, or a graph going up from the bottom left to the right top. It looks like the bottom statement on both the blue and turquoise lines have the wording messed up, they confused me.
It is important for the reader to understand that here you are, now, and this is where we are going to take you to, and what benefit that is going to be to me, the buyer of the program. Why this is so revolutionary, why I should be so excited, why I'm going to be so much better off for having done it. Be clear. And be fair on the price, times are hard for most and parting with money takes serious consideration, you gotta really want it, see the new you, and be motivated to do the spend. Good luck.

It looks complicated to me––not easy to the eyes. Too many colors and too many information. Follow the PowerPoint rule––just make it short and simple for the eyes and mind to absorb what it's about, then elaborate. I would suggest to remove the modules 1-5––just be direct to the point––use a few bullet points, or stars to highlight the most important topics and then elaborate: 1. What is Mindfulness 2. How can it affect your life––your love, your health, your career. 3.What is Skoptimist and how can you be one. 4. How can meditation enhance mindfulness. 5. etc, etc. etc.
    Hope this helps.

  87. James March 9, 2011 at 5:55 pm #

Some things seem out of order. For example M1 is about understanding mindfulness and in M3 the key to mindfulness is discussed and M5 the need to be a bit skeptical is vital . M2 has mind programming and M3 mind complexities are discussed.
    4a yes and 4b No
    Do you mean cingulate?
Can't tell about exercises. Are there any means to get quick feedback from the mind programming?
    Overall sounds good.

  88. Malu Afable March 9, 2011 at 5:57 pm #

There are too many items in the blueprint that can be compressed in the 1st module explaining all about mindfulness. The steps to achieve mindfulness should be more defined. Meditation portion is what I like advancing from simple developing a kind of awareness of self and the environment to the complexities of compassion, gentleness and love. Best of luck with the program!

  89. Liza March 9, 2011 at 6:03 pm #

I do think this project is very worthwhile, especially regarding the complementary relation between science and spirituality for ONE can bring a new dimension to the OTHER by giving more explanation or information. And for me, the most important and essential aspect, is to bring everyone to be more CONSCIOUS of their life, their mind and their surrounding as one cannot go without the other. As you mentionned : The sense of profond connectedness with ourselves and the everything around us. I think all this will really help people with a better understanding of their mind and of themselves, in regard of how to deal with their own life and with others, so that to be living a mostly fulfilled and happy life.
P.S. Maybe this is due to the fact that I am french but two words I didn't really understand the meaning of, in your schema : Skoptimist and Anterior Singulate. Thank you and wishing you all the best with your project
P.P.S. I did my best in giving my opinion especially with 'my english writing'……

  90. Katina March 9, 2011 at 6:21 pm #

    Hello there my spiritual family,

The Silva mediation program has done wonders in my life. Therefore, I am sure that The mindfulness and nuerotunning project will be a great success. The information is extremely important mainly because it encourages people to an awakening of their inner being which is all powerful. The layout of the project is excellent, I just have a few comments. Due to the way that I see things and think, for me the set up of the modules would be better to have the odds on the left side and the even numbers on the right side. Secondly, I believe that instead of having in module four that why making a difference in the world is crucial for mental well being, it should be placed in module one because unconditional love is the key to all. The third point that I would like to state is that these words, Blind optimism and skeptical I feel could be explained differently. Thanks ;-)

  91. Rayelle March 9, 2011 at 6:22 pm #

I think the program is great. I've learned a lot. I wish that I could get more into the program. I've experience amazing things. Hopefully will experience more. My life has changed for the better. Thank you so much for everything.

  92. katina March 9, 2011 at 6:23 pm #

    (Continued)

Blind optimism and skeptical I feel could be explained differently. Blind optimism I'm assuming is referring to lack of knowledge which leads to skepticism. Instead of saying that someone is not optimist about something use the word not educated on the matter or need to be more informed. I say this because negative words can hinder one from making steps forward and sometimes words can have a play on our subconscious. A little bit of doubt can hold you back. This last remark have to deal with a comment that someone made, mentioning what about pure mediation. So that it is clear I am assuming that nuerotunning is the pure mediation, thus put it underneath that word to show he relation. I am very grateful that God gave Jose Silva as a gift to use to rise our consciousness and my dream is that we all become one collective conscious. Thanks ;-)

  93. earthandspice March 9, 2011 at 6:33 pm #

I appreciate some of the other comments about ways to improve (quick start, make the meditations more clear or put them all at the end in their own section, and putting the sceptical piece closer to the beginning in the series, each stage draws you into the next stage, a module on "NeuroHealing" would add value, and that There are so many books, cd's and dvd's on mindfullness: not clear to me is what the new or different angle in this approach is; in what is it dfferent from other Silva modules?)
A problem I have experienced with using my Silva Life System downloads…"where are the meditations" and how can I be taking them from the basic to the progressions (I think a couple of the downloads were mislabelled on the first section making it confusing to follow where I was and where I was heading and no obvious "take this step first" "now try this" directives, which for a newbie and not familiar with Silva would make the system a lot more concise and usable. That being said I do want more and love Silva so far for the content and the intention and the results!
I hope that progression and any tools given will be obviously labelled as the tools/meditations are what I go back over and over again the very most and they need to be handy.
For me program length is that it needs to have enough content to be valuable to me and the tools to get me there! I'd like more details on the content proposed to know whether I would be interested (there is a lot out in the world on mindfulness and I have read ALOT of books) which would mean taking into consideration what is unique about this mindfulness information compared to what else is available, making sure it is up to date and full of usable info and resources so I know you mean business :) (for those who's first intro to Silva, but maybe not to some mindfulness information would be taken into consideration and vice versa) and then putting the info into simple practices that can be done progressively. Blessings on your project!

This is a very thoughtful evaluation! I would listen to Consuelo. I like the blueprint (it has a couple of grammar errors – word order errors – that kind of thing, but I could not see some of the attributes that others discuss. Are there links within the blueprint that expand to reveal more information? Where are the meditations? Either I am not interpreting correctly, or I see nothing that is a meditation, unless the "special technique" is one, for example.
I like the ideas in the blueprint very much. I already own too many programs that I have not fully utilized… something Tony Robbins warned against years ago, but I guess I keep reaching out instead of practicing what I have studied! What does that tell you about your clients' needs?
Good luck – the Silva people are good people! Of this I am certain!

Like others have commented, where you have meditation exercises is not specified in the outline. I'd want to know when and how often they take place. Also you may want to look at being mindful of your grammar: Module 3, #4 states, "How to be act with more love, positivity and compassion." Is that supposed to read, "…be and act…" or just "act"? And in Module 4, #4, you have "…is crucial for mental your well-being", which should read "…is crucial for your mental well-being." Make sure your editing has integrity. Otherwise it looks great and I'm looking forward to participating!

  97. Richard March 9, 2011 at 6:49 pm #

Well I examined the blueprint and in my estimation I find it scary. By that I mean there are a lot of items on that and the only way that I can see to implement it is on an individual selection. Now I feel a lot of time and effort went into the program but a schedule should be set up as to how to follow that many things to where they are coordinated way for the person that purchases it can understand how to use them. I see how the modules are set up but I don't understand the length of time involved to utilize them in a procedure to find out the pros and cons of the effects of the mind, and the results. I must agree the thought is there but so is the confusion it relates to me. Yes I agree I'm not the brightest individual, but I do acknowledge logic. I also feel that whoever brought this together has a true sense of sharing positive results as well as helping people in need of this program. The main reason I didn't answer all the questions is because I am only expressing my opinion.

After looking at your program structure graph and your questions you ask for comments about, I am wondering if I have become "dimwitted," "slow to perceive," etc. Because I do not see how I can comment on those questions intelligently as the structure graph itself does not give me information details, in the least, which I can apply to those questions. Is the framework clear enough? Certainly not to me. To me, the big issue is: What does this new "revolutionary" program offer in benefits that cannot already be gleaned in existing Silva programs? The answer to this question may well negate my concern if this is simply a pretty new wrapping paper and bow around a new program name whose benefits already exists. Sounds like I'm being the devil's advocate, I know, but I am really a Silva fan and advocate of the benefits that Silva studies bring to the student. This new program post just does not give me enough information to make succinct, intelligent comments.

  105. Gene March 9, 2011 at 7:59 pm #

I would suggest that you inverse modules 2 and 3; it would seem logical to have an global perspective prior to actually applying the techniques. Secondly, I would endorse additional meditations and exercises to solidify and strengthen personal implication in the program.

  107. clara March 9, 2011 at 8:39 pm #

    - I would say it needs some more catchy words that allow the imagination and expectation to formulate a – more concrete idea of the benefits it can bring to the individual.
    - The word skepticism does not seem to be a positive one, it imply resistance, non trust, distancing.
    - The meditation. I would like to access it so that I could have an opinion and also for my benefit.
    - The title could also have a short subtitle for a clearer definition of what it is that course is promising.
The rest looks very good. Congratulations and good luck. Clara

consuelo saah baehr makes some good points. The first product I ordered from Silva was the ESP set. I was dismayed to discover it was not the beginner set and could not follow some of the recordings as the meditations made presumptions that you knew what they were talking about. For instance, greeting your guides or the glass of water technique. The set cost me too much money and I am leery of making any more purchases without knowing what comes first, second and third in the learning process. Where does this product land in the line up of what you need to know to get what you need out of it.

Overall, it looks pretty good. However, the current blueprint does not offer enough to entice me into a purchase.

The 5 Modules are pretty self-explanatory. The sub-heading need some polish. They should contain powerful, descriptive words that trigger emotion or at least make the reader inquisitive.

As far as your questions concerning meditations, (length, etc.), these questions cannot be answered by just looking at this blueprint. Do each of the sub-headings have a corresponding meditation? If so, how long are they?

This program has great potential. It just needs more information and 'curb appeal'.

  119. xuanhuy March 9, 2011 at 10:39 pm #

seems like another great set of meditation techniques…however, how is it any better than your other systems? the central theme of the different silva systems is quieting the mind to moved into lower frequency patterns and operate from there. all secrets are revealed in the depth of consciousness….
this new blueprint seems to be like a new dance….just new movements or excercise routines….underneath this system is more meditation drills, i'm guessing?

  120. chris March 9, 2011 at 10:40 pm #

I think the structure looks good and I am particularly interested in the skepticism piece; it's great that you have a section that deals with overcoming obstacles as I'm sure there are several that come along the way in this process. While i don't think the content is too much, for those people working, with families, obligations etc., it might be hard to keep up depending upon how the content is delivered and how much homework is involved, so I'm not sure how you intend to package everything, but it will be important that folks have access for quite awhile in order to not feel rushed and perhaps review particular sections of interest again. This looks like it is going to be an amazing program!

  121. selfbelief March 9, 2011 at 10:44 pm #

Pat you don't need a tape to tell you that as it's already true – you are wonderful and you can create anything you want – just believe in yourself. Create some affirmations look in the mirror regularly and speak out those affirmations to yourself – self belief is the wisdom that you need to develop and once you have that you will radiate this to everyone you present yourself too. Believing in yourself will help you feel young, stay healthy, be wealthy and contribute towards you to stay loving.

  122. Selfbelief March 9, 2011 at 10:47 pm #

I have reviewed the blueprint and the comments so far and made comments or agreed where appropriate. The blueprint seems quite comprehensive but no clear evidence of an introduction and outline description (except for this blueprint) or an end (conclusion – next steps – recommendations) – or is this just not visible in the blueprint.
Even before Module 1 what pre-assessment does a potential client complete to identify what course they really need to meet their personal needs? Lets face it there are lots to choose from and is the client who is looking for help really in the best frame of mind to choose from a list of courses (often with similar content) and would this course really match their personal needs?
Will the course include an opportunity for clients to assess their progress (contribute to motivation), feedback this progress to a mentor and receive support?
Does module 1:4 describe the terminology and give an overview of neurotuning?
Would I be interested in joining the course? Maybe when I have established that this is the course I need to meet by personal needs!

This blueprint looks and feels great! I like the direction it's taking. However, it is absolutely necessary to clean up the spelling and grammar. Module 3 phrase should read: How to act (take out the word be) with more love, positivity and compassion.
Module 4 phrase in part, should read: Is crucial for your mental well-being. Crucial is misspelled.
Thank you for the privilege of this preview. Hope my critique helped.

Hi. I have just had a look at the blue print and I have to say that it does look really exciting and comprehensive. I notice that some people have already asked the question that pops into my mind. Do each of the modules have a meditation and if so, wouldn't it be a good idea to keep those in a different module for easy access? The subject matter looks really interesting. Look forward to hearing more!

  129. Mark March 10, 2011 at 12:04 am #

Firstly a ccorrection to spelling should be "anterior cingulate". Will there be mention of neuroplaticity and the prime role of attention in mindfulness. Will there be attention to mindfulness of breath and body, feelings , emotion and thought? The more meditations for the programming of mindfulness the better. A very exciting project. May it prove benficial to the healing of humanity.

It sounds really great to me! Offhand it seems well rounded in areas of great personal interest. I love the term “skeptimist.” I’ll meditate on it and see if anything pops up. I just hope it will be inexpensive enough for the many people out there who are (like me) currently un- or semi-employed. I’ve been trying to use the free time this has given me to evolve, but I don’t have a whole lot of money spare.

  132. Lance March 10, 2011 at 12:20 am #

Question 1/ Its been done before under many guises. You need to keep it simple which makes it more interesting. If the content matches the headings for each module then it will be hard work for most people. You have to iron out the grammer errors in your modules as some do not make sense, i.e
quote ‘ Why making a difference in the world is crucial for mental your well-being.’ Notice whats wrong?
Try quote; ‘How to be a skoptimist’ Sounds like another error here too? How long did you say you have been working on this?
Are you saying also that the end result of this course will teach me how to be skeptical?
    Am I finished now then?
Forgive me being brutal here. I just think it really does not sound anywhere near completion.
I do not see any meditation here either?
What is the length of the program? How long does each module last? Its the end result. How to be a skeptimist that has me concerned.
No I would not follow anything like this. I learn from all things and never follow anything.

I have using the Silva method and i am finding ithe method very useful for relaxing & getting to sleep there have been times when i have had to use the 3-2-1 method to get through the daily grind at work. it really works for me I will keep using and give reference for others. This is Powerful

  136. Wanda March 10, 2011 at 1:42 am #

Your Neurotuning outline seems interesting, I like the topics in module 3, explanation of the Anterior Singulate is helpful. I think the program will work great job

  137. jsmithm March 10, 2011 at 2:35 am #

It looks like something a corporation would put together… I don't like the "board room" format first of all and second, please keep Silva simple and beautiful as I leaned from Bob McChesney several years ago in Washington state.

  138. Chic March 10, 2011 at 3:03 am #

The primary problem that is not addresses directly, is: How to reverse the effects that the Media has been drilling into us, from childhood onward, our individual and collective values in the Current development period is almost exclusively centered upon Consumerism – not thoughtfulness for the the future for those generations we beget, or that take over the futures that we are all being conscripted to live within.

  139. Judy March 10, 2011 at 3:33 am #

It sounds very similar to Neuro-Linguistic Programing. You'll need to differentiate the differences to get someone interest that has done NLP.

  140. Nadene Murray March 10, 2011 at 3:36 am #

    I love it!
It'd be great if there were some practical exercises and perhaps lil video segments and links to resources (specially with the self-programming).

Like with the mindvalley login section – would be awesome to have a community to be supported within. Giving each other ideas and some template self programming scripts etc.

Further reading list incase an aspect sparks an interest.

I'd switch module 3 & 4 around… Mod1 is understanding, Mod2 is Positive action, Mod3 could be breakthrough, Mod4 could be evolution of the idea and Mod5 is the 'what if' (a lil like the 4Mat system of presenting) (Why?(1) What? (2&3) How? (4) What if?(5))

And as per your usual programmes the workbook could be the evolutionary journey with more space to show – current to desired results.

    Looks like a winner anyway!!

  141. Sharon March 10, 2011 at 4:12 am #

Looks fine …curious will this program unlock the "particular mind" in a way that it recognizes the illusion it creates? and open it to the "global mind" so one operates through the global and not revert back to the particular to create more illusion?….

  142. kamilla March 10, 2011 at 4:14 am #

hi thx for the programm and great teaching ,i really apreciate what Jose Silva did for the world ,he open new horizon for the human and he open peoples potencions , God Bess hem, everything you do its just so amazing and helpful, only the thinks i recomend its to add more to the lenth of meditation ,exsample to makeup to 45 min , bkz its to good ,so when i start i donot want to come back to the earth :)

  144. Ruben Leon Casiano March 10, 2011 at 4:32 am #

I am a graduate from the Silva Method (in Panama) several years ago. I am again going through the meditation, relaxation methods it is very useful, I am not going to elaborate. I know the Silva Method is Great. Therefor I think before launching the NEUROTUNING, please wait a couples of month, lets us
graduate take a break. The Silva Method is already BETTER AND BETTER.

  145. Geoff March 10, 2011 at 4:49 am #

Looks good, from my own point of view I would like to see a section on discovering and eliminating limiting core beliefs as these are so tightly entwined in our ego that they can unconsciously sabotage our enlightenment and constrain mindfulness.

  146. mv7212 March 10, 2011 at 4:59 am #

I will have more comments later but what I would like to see added is a module that helps the participants with a "Life Plan" now that the Silva techniques are mastered. Topics to address how to identify what's missing in your life (tangible not abstract: more $$, a promotion, going back to school, changing your career, etc.) ; Creating a personal mission statement; Breaking your goal down into mini-goals (milestones), Plot the milestones to a time line; Then sign a contract with yourself requiring you to commit to the timeline (and to reevaluate the timing after achieving a milestone (Most people's clearest vision in life is hindsight so apply it here and then use your foresight (I know there's a silva technique that can be applied here) to re-plot the timeline if necessary.

  147. wachira March 10, 2011 at 5:07 am #

it is awesome! i cant wait to lay my hands on it. it is getting better and better and i wish more people can get access to it to make the world a better place to live in.

  148. Antal K March 10, 2011 at 5:40 am #

Until now, it seems that it is all about hypnosis, self hypnosis rather, NLP. In short, a stronger form of training in self control. Next keep looking and studying materials, then I will try to form a view as close to reality.

  149. Antal K March 10, 2011 at 6:11 am #

Well, are there some things that make me skeptical. And not only me. "Helping you live your greatest life," I thank you help to help you ", this phrase sounds a bit forced. You should know that this kind of persuasion does not catch it all. Sounds too greasy, subconscious automatically put on guard. As people who study these "mental phenomena" am sure you know this.
I would like an e-mail address where we can talk privately about these things, if not asking too much.

  150. BeWell2011 March 10, 2011 at 6:12 am #

I have not figured out how to leave a post – so I will reply instead. I like the overall idea of the project. I have always wished i was more able to form more good habits. In fact, right now I am having trouble establishing the habit of meditating 3X/day. I always remember at night as I lay in bed….it would be helpful to learn to be more "mindful" or self-aware, if that's where you are going with this program. I wonder if it is more than I can handle-maybe a little overwhelming. Honestly, the Silva Home Study is much for me now, but, i believe if I stick with it, eventually, I will be better off – more intuitive and fulfilled. Thanks Laura!

  151. Antal K March 10, 2011 at 6:22 am #

Ei, sant cateva lucruri care ma fac sceptic. Si nu numai pe mine. ”helping you live your greatest life”, ”thank you help as to help you”, aceste fraze suna cam fortat. Ar trebui sa stiti ca acest tip de persuasiune nu prinde in totalitate. Suna prea mieros, automat pune subconstientul in garda. Ca persoane care studiati aceste ”fenomene mentale” sant sigur ca stiti acest lucru. As dori o adresa de e-mail unde sa putem discuta in privat despre aceste lucruri, daca nu cer prea mult.

  152. Chic March 10, 2011 at 6:25 am #

Mike, you must have overlooked the note to 'click' your left 'Mouse' button while your pointer is anywhere within that smaller print framework to cause it to be vastly enlarged for reading purposes, or for print-out, should you wish – OK? I'm 86, and appreciated that feature, too.

  153. Adrian March 10, 2011 at 6:48 am #

I don't see any obvious problems with the program. My only suggestion would be an "Introductory Module" with a quick overview of the entire program and concepts to allow people to begin "tuning in" to the concepts to allow a more rapid understanding and employment of them as the program progresses.

  154. david March 10, 2011 at 6:58 am #

Module 4 and 5 should come before module 2, for someone taking this program to be able to apply the learning from module 4 and 5 when goes through module 2 and 3, someone is expected to be skeptical to your program too, module 4 will empower everyone participating to remove barrier/identifying problems in order to be able to move smoothly to the next modules.
hopefully the program will be direct and to the point

  155. Sus March 10, 2011 at 7:34 am #

"TO BE MINDFUL" is very important. If one can stop when a thought arises and make sure it is good for ones self and all before one responds to it…..IT WILL BE GREAT.
According to Joseph Goldstein the problem is "WE FORGET TO BE MINDFUL".
The solution is have a mantra that one can repeat on continuously …"MAY I REMEMBER TO BE MINDFUL" .
Of course you guys can automate this via the great technology you have developed within the great SILVA SYSTEM. Good luck ..glad to have given you my 2 cents. Loads of love to all.

  156. Universe21 March 10, 2011 at 8:19 am #

    Hi,

i must say, everything you've ever done for us is so big that our feedback on this is at least we could do.
I'm very satisfied with the project, especially with the Module 4 and Special technique to help you escape confines of your own thoughts. This is very important because we shouldn't have boundaries when we're thinking about something. We have to spread our mind and thoughts to the maximum so we could get a reasonable solution to our problems or just enjoy how deep our mind can go.

This program looks very functional, i think most people will understand it and go through with it. Including me, of course. :)

Thank you so much for everything…Love & Light

I`m a Christian, In Christianity it is the role of God The Father to change your nature, in-graft you into his son Jesus Christ, Then as a branch on that Mystical Vine everything flows into you, the water and mineral salts of the Vine ( HOLY SPIRIT ) flows into you, making you to grow and bear the fruits of every good thing. This is called Salvation by Faith. So i`m getting everything in your program as a gift from GOD himself. Thank you.

  161. Anne March 10, 2011 at 11:41 am #

    I agree.

  162. Vicki March 10, 2011 at 1:41 pm #

I agree with a lot of what you have to say Consuelo but approached the chart as in if this was a book I was reading headed with these chapters would I want to proceed. I am as you describe looking for a quick fix and currently with a muddled mind. I'm in need of the kick start that shows me improvement now and leaves the door open for me to follow.
When I first looked at the chart I was a bit daunted by tooo much information! then i looked at each heading and saw it in book form in my head, with these as a the heading for each chapter. The idea of having a path I could clearly see grew on me. I'm at a starting point at the the moment and having read a lot of material about the ability of the mind to produce the goods so to speak. I, like you were thirty years ago would like to see some results fast but at the same time to see where all of this will finally lead. Sometimes its easy to lose sight of going further once the little things in your life get sorted and you then get lazy- a plant does help. I am thinking that my brain must work in a strange way though as I found myself reading anti-clockwise which had be a little confused at first till I saw the numbers- maybe make them bigger to get the direction I'm travelling in right!.

Consuelo it is wonderful to hear of someone who started thirty years ago and still travelling the path- you may have given me the kick start. Vicki

hhmm..first time i've seen/heard of this new project. maybe include an intro on what Neurotuning is? otherwise, seems very interesting…

It look pretty good to me nothing is is left out, i think it is wonderful

  165. Jim Hay March 10, 2011 at 5:57 pm #

If Neurotraining offers a way to alter or re-program our subconscious limiting beliefs, feelings and behaviour leading to a reduction in our subsequent sabotaging action, then I'm definitely in.

P.S. As a small aside you need to alter the graphic to show, 'your mental well-being' – not as illustrated.

Hi I am new here, but can you believe I read the first book your father wrote and I LOVED it. But life gets in the way alone with many years and I wasn't MINDFUL enough to keep up. Just 2 weeks ago I stumbled upon your site and I am ready to pay attention now. This new masterpiece Looks great. I know this is a rough draft but I found a few typos. I am not complaining just being mindful . Little joke. I am sure when you read over it you will find them if not contact me and I will help. Everyday I look forward to my mail box to see what inspirational notes I have in my box. Thankyou for doing what you are doing, the world needs to hear this !

  168. Brian D. Rogers March 10, 2011 at 9:21 pm #

It's an outstanding concept map; and I agree with the selecton of major topics. The only comment I have is in one of the details in part (step?) 2:" How to be and love…." Besides the obvious grammatical error, this sounds like what we buddhists call "metta" – loving kindness. And, while it can be an excellent path of meditation, it is not necessarily a part of pure mindfullus. I would suggest that you move this topic to the last step, in a sort of "where do I go from here" way, potentially along with some of the other paths/subjects for long-term meditation. Thanks for allowing me to preview this and participate in your good work.

  169. Richard March 10, 2011 at 11:32 pm #

Hi back again. On module 3 I don't think you want( be )on the bottom line. Otherwise everything else looks good. The only thing I would like to know is the sequence for usage and if the added modules would have any adverse affects with the other modules, and how would you schedule the usage. Great job reducing the diagram, I found that I could see what was there, thank you.

  170. Kristina March 11, 2011 at 12:25 am #

The blueprint outline flickered points of interest that I may take time to concentrate on, but overall I found your post to be much more profound & enlightening. I find myself wishing you were offering more discussion and direction based on wisdom and life lessons.

  171. Jimmy Sim March 11, 2011 at 2:48 am #

The program is impressive. But how long does each stage required?
I am keen to practice meditation, does your company has a branch here in Singapore?
It would be good if practice of meditation can be guided.
    Thanks and Good day !

I am interested in all new Silva sessions including this one. However, I am attempting to pay down my consumer credit debt and also feel that I would benefit most from a two day seminar in my area. As soon as I earn the $500, I will schedule myself.

  180. Ray Koob March 11, 2011 at 1:26 pm #

I'm a Silva graduate and met Mark at the Conference in Austin the year before last. What you propose looks fantastic. My only question would concern the meat of modules 2 and 3. I teach and practice Energy Psychology. While the core of everything I do is Silva Method Dynamic Meditation I also incorporate physical Energy work ala Donna Eden and the Emotional Release Technique (ERT)discovered by Lester Livingston. I find that the Emotional Release Method fits well with classic Silva with the visualization and the fact that the 24/7 aspect of ERT mirrors the Silva 3 finger technique. On the Energy Medicine side I find that being able to demonstrate the immediate impact of thought eg. by having positive or negative thoughts and energy testing them. Again, I don't know if you are including these things in your new program or not but they would certainly fit comfortably in modules 2 and 3.

  181. Paul Desmond March 11, 2011 at 2:10 pm #

    Greetings All,

The programme is nicely set out. I like the diagrams/ mind map approach. However, reading from right to left felt odd as I would expect to start on the left and then 'follow the clock' – neuro tuning? Didnt work for me.
What proposed meditation excercises? What length, is there another blog or email I need to go looking for as it is not all contained here, or I have missed it, a few more bubbles to present some tools, techniques.

I personally am more interested in the tools & techniques rather than the stories, the 'what' rather than the 'why', the 'how to' rather than the histories.

What does this programme have over the other Silva Systems, or Mindful meditation courses that are out there? What is its unique selling point?

Best of luck with its evolution

    Des, Ireland

  182. Ayo March 11, 2011 at 4:29 pm #

I like the structure, but your blueprint does not give any idea of time, how much time spent in each area, what the assignments are, etc. I didn't see anything that was specifically a meditation (process or assignment?). Did I miss something.

  183. tigerpath March 11, 2011 at 5:44 pm #

The bottom left entry needs the word "your" removed to make the entry read correctly. Also, I agree that all statements and course structures be positively stated (i.e., neuronurturing, love turned inward, or the like). There is much work to be done even though so much has been written; obviously there are still people needing this most positive input, practice, and results in their lives (including me). Practicing this at a gut level is so very different than reading it on an intellectual basis. Thanks for requesting input!

  184. Peter Fagerlind March 11, 2011 at 6:00 pm #

I think it looks good but would like to know when the meditation exercises ocur throughout the course

  185. Christina March 11, 2011 at 8:53 pm #

I have not found out how to comment so I will reply instead. The framework is very logical and looks like it will offer a comprehensive programme of learning. By the way Anne by clicking on the diagram it enlarges so that might help you see the print more easily.
It definately looks like it would be an interesting programme for me,

  188. Kelly Brower March 12, 2011 at 9:17 am #

The program looks good. The right length to keep you going and interested.

  189. Dave Lowe March 12, 2011 at 4:06 pm #

Change the title Mindfulness to something more exciting like Creative Mind , Unleash/Free Your Mind, Riches of the Mine, Be Your Own Jeanie, Find Your Own Gold Mind. Change title of chapter 5 to Seeing through lies. Of course what do I know? Good Luck and God Bless!

  190. Phyllis Smith March 12, 2011 at 5:57 pm #

I think the mindfulness project seems very interesting. I will be looking forward for a great project. Great idea. Best wishes.

  191. David (Wales, U.K) March 13, 2011 at 9:33 am #

The concept and blueprint outline look excellent, although there is a small grammatical error in the 4th branch of module 3. I can not comment on the meditation exercises as it is not clear where these fit in and how many there are. Similarly there is no indication of the program length so it is not possible to make comment on this either. However, the subject appears well covered by the modules shown in the blueprint. When you present the finished program, could you explain how it differs from the other Silva programs? This would help a lot. Best of luck.

  192. erika March 13, 2011 at 6:06 pm #

Looks good, but it depends on the content in each section.

  193. Amy March 13, 2011 at 11:29 pm #

It's rather intense. I would like to say what I'd like to see in it, but it's like nothing I've seen before so it's difficult to say. I didn't see anything about the meditation length and a few other targets, so I can't answer most of your questions.

  194. Sylvia Richards March 14, 2011 at 2:01 am #

The program obviously has great potential.. I don't think it's missing anything and the structure is fine It all flows nicely and seems to be about the right length. I don't think it's necessary to devote a whole module to skepticism, though I am at a loss to see where else you could fit it in. I would like to see the addition of a "tools" section which would contain meditations. this does not have to be a module at all, but could be offered as a bonus. Another suggetion would be some material on the healing aspects and more emphasis on spiritual growth. There wasn't enough information on the meditations to allow me to make an intelligent comment, but from my experiences with some of your other programs, I'm sure they will be very good. Yes, this seems like something that would interest me (always depending on price of course). Thank you and Good Luck!

  195. marqease shackleford March 14, 2011 at 4:14 am #

It sounds nice, but I think it also needs ro envolve spiritual growth,, and what spirit guides and angels are. If you know what they are and capable of working miracles in you’re life you can live abundantly without being anxious. Also protection, because evil forces exist as well azz they do like demons, and dracula. I’m a developing psychic/ medium extra sensory, and itz taking me becouse they are giving me anxiety and making me feel bad by every thing I’ve done wrong and the excellant things I can to by helping family and releasing the true me go down the drain. I recomend protection because a lot of people could get in contact with thesse forces to and in they’re mind it being a whole opposite story, but I knowed I just couldn’t explain, now I can. Itz evil people in this world that will sign packs with evil to get you to seek in the darkest abyss depression! Listen to my story*

  197. Maria March 15, 2011 at 4:20 am #

Your new program is exiting like all that you do. I have purchased several programs from you and am enjoying every one, however I have not had enough time to follow them as fully as I want to. From the blueprint ,I would say a great amount of thought has been put into the program and it is complete.
Thank you for all the efforts you are putting into keeping up with the needs of humanity as we keep evolving .
The best of all to you.

I really don't know that I'm qualified to comment. In one of the earlier comments above, I see that another person has commented on the size of the print in the program. I've already commented on the print in the initial Silva System kit sent me. The print is too small and it becomes an obstacle to positive thinking. I've yet to receive a reply to my earlier comment on print size which is discouraging. We no sooner receive the kit and now were being pushed to buy more products without first having an opportunity to get comfortable with what we are still exploring; trying to absorb and apply.

I for the most part with what Consuelo is saying, but would add that "Skepticism" module could be very useful for sharing with family members who believe themselves too 'rational' for Silva methods. A module that explains to my husband that he can be skeptical and still enlightened would be a huge help!

  200. Jeanna Brown March 26, 2011 at 2:21 pm #

I agree with what you said, but I also think some of it needs more explaination.

  201. greg March 26, 2011 at 2:21 pm #

It looks like a good layout, but for me I would like to know my purpose before I could apply these techniques.

  202. ashok gupta March 26, 2011 at 2:23 pm #

I went thru the blue print and first impression of my mind is that all modules are useful and are required to complete the loop/. Is it step by step process or all in one as this looking lengthier. One really requires the full dedication to ensure that he remembers what has been lerant earlier.

  203. Terri March 26, 2011 at 2:38 pm #

I think the eeercises were helpful.

hi miss Laura , i get cross eyed looking at your diagram .. , meaning to say .. i don’t know anything about it , but you have ” the finer mind “team with you and i’m sure they are the expert , with mr. V Lakhiani’s team , you’ll have what you’re looking for .

The chart is to small for me to read. I increased it to 125%,150% and still could not read it.

  206. Jennifer March 26, 2011 at 3:43 pm #

consuelo saah baehr's comments say it all. I will admit I agree with him mostly because I am new to the Silva method so I am just starting out and have so many directions I want to go so I don't even know where to begin. Don't over complicate it.

Amazing, that is a great idea to publish such a program , from the outline it seem very comprehensive and concise Master piece .If I can contribute my idea is only one thing ,as the Master Piece is for all people from around the world ,and English is not their native and mother tong language, in order to make them understand better for the modules of exercises that are narrated and instruct in English , I hope it will easier if it is accompanied with PDF text for each exercise. I hope it will of beneficial to the users. Thanks

  208. Peet March 26, 2011 at 3:53 pm #

Found a typing error: "cruical" should be "crucial", I suppose. And is "how to be act" really English?
Furthermore: who are your intended audience? I 'm probably not. Got my health, am not wealthy but can manage; have no enemies; splendid wife, children are doing all right, can look back on a nice career; although retired many years ago, I accept a temporary job from time to time, just to keep in touch; not afraid to die; have a fine house. In short, I'm a happy man, what more should I want?
So why ask me? I can't decide for other people.

This blueprint is a precursor to what seems to be an awesome program. The components of it seems to bring together in consolidating many tools and techniques I have learned in my many years of metaphysical development and continue to hone. This Mindfulness and Neurotuning program will be a natural next step of our evolutionary development .Wish you all the very best as you bring it to conclusion.

  211. John Hook March 26, 2011 at 4:24 pm #

what are the meditations for each module?

The biggest question in my mind is this, "what fundamental human challenge does 'mindfulness' address?" I assume you've been looking at something that other traditions or strategies don't address, but that mindfulness does address…what is that?

  212. Fran March 26, 2011 at 4:43 pm #

Had a look at the blue print, can't seem to find where you have brought in the meditations? Secondly, my suggestion is to maybe split it into 2 courses, section 1 the right side and section 2 the left side.
Always like to hear and experience new techniques
    Thanks and good luck

  213. Lew March 26, 2011 at 5:14 pm #

What is the estimated time of each module?

  214. Linda March 26, 2011 at 5:25 pm #

I agree with concuelo. Sounds as if she has been on this search for many years and has learned alot. I have been on it for many years and have given up on due to the fact so much of the info I didn't relate to enough to apply in my own life even though I realized I need to progress and just didn't know how. So much of the material out there seems to be for very well advanced people both mentally and spiritually. If there is a material out there that will teach in such a way that if it is followed we who need it could develop a discipline to follow daily that would not be difficult to follow along with our mandatory daily routine.

  215. oscar March 26, 2011 at 5:54 pm #

This project looks great. I think we must focus more on beliefs, getting to the core of them and in a step by step form on how to make changes and redefine your own mindset.

I dont know if this is already done but this program to be able to download to the ipod so on our way to work or etc be learning about this.

Also how to be self assured about the actions taken. How to know if the way we are taking is the best or just an ego based compass we are following.

  216. Anu March 26, 2011 at 6:13 pm #

The overall program structure can be a bit more elaborate so that we can understand what steps we will be going through. I think the program will be good. But finally I am all ready to try it.

    Thank you both of you.

  217. Regina Robertson March 26, 2011 at 7:10 pm #

We can't read the left edge of the outline. It's a little too wide. Otherwise, it's very good.

  218. Birdie March 26, 2011 at 7:23 pm #

Looks good to me, I'm glad you are focusing on procrastination as that is a major issue for many people in maintaining a routine and continuous meditation format. Let's us all know when the project is complete.

  219. elsa March 26, 2011 at 7:47 pm #

I love the way you have done your contents as a diagram. And Oh do I agree with the previous comment that procrastination is the root of many of our problems! Loving thoughts, Elsa

  220. Suresh W. Heilmann March 26, 2011 at 8:28 pm #

Mindfulness – I prefer to call it attentiveness – is in my understanding the little sister of awareness which itself is part of consciousness. Attentiveness brings me a little beyond mind (mind in my understanding is the box and the content of the box: all experiences, all interpretations, all emotions and connected thought, all sub- or unconscious and all conscious; it's the "thing" that manages our in-out-thinking and behaving; it's a body oriented more or less automatic system which is embedded in the all encompassing consciousness which we really are).
If becoming and being aware of the functioning and parameters of the mind is what is meant with mindfulness, the blueprint looks too complicated to me. "How can you start applying it in your life today?" You apply it. Sometimes, when you have a little training, it applies itself. Because each input in awareness strengthens it.
"How to program your mind to become more mindful." As far as I see it there is no need to program it. You feel the kick of it, you like it or not. Once you feel the joy and freedom and openspace of attentiveness / awareness you ARE programmed; means programming happens when you experience the power of attentiveness.
The only one interesting point for me is Module 4, overcoming our self-imposed barriers. Sometimes attentiveness and the "right way to look at what appears" is doing the work itself. But sometimes, it seems, a little technical support – like the process of Robert Scheinfeld – is helpful. If this module delivers some new stuff it might be interesting.
All about Neurotuning seems to make a complicated thing out of a simple story.
To remember Ramana Maharshi: just to remember who you are is enough.

  221. Connie March 26, 2011 at 8:37 pm #

Looks good at first blush. It would be nice to hover my mouse over a few of them to give a clue as to what direction each segment intends to take. Sometimes double meanings can be amusingly glib, but it can be hard to commit to a guess about the content.

  224. Ljubica March 26, 2011 at 8:56 pm #

    Hi,
    from the previous blog:
Laura and Mark started to work on a revolutionary new concept that would you be more in tune with their your thoughts feelings, and reactions to the world around you, just as they occur in the present.
    Isn't something missing there????

    As for the blueprint

1 Hard to know what works or not, or what's missing. We'll be able to say that after we get the program or you could create test pilots – one at home and at least 4 more in different corners of the world, different mentalities. You have your instructors, I know you have J.Korencic here and she is an onest one and critical (no fooling around, doesn't flater!!!). So, test perliminaries.

2 The same goes for meditation, hard to know, especially as each of us meditate differently, yours, Osho's and other types of proposed meditation are meditation!!!!

3 The lenght of any program can be made flexible by different Appendix, beta version, tester program, so you could always add some extras or bonusses. (comment on No 1)

4 Oh yes, program is something to follow for sure. But I would suggest some changes:
Module 2 part 1 should go first, maybe as INTRODUCTION?
Module 4(I cann't read it all) should come FIRST/second? – For years I've been trying to find a way to surpass. bypass, overpass my subconciousness and all of nos and don'ts superimposed by upbringing = no go. Especially as it is there to save us from any "hurt" situations based on past experience! So, for any program to work, it should come almost at the beggining. (In printed pdfs active link to Module 5.)
Module 1 Understand&Appl Mindfulness as SECOND
Module 3, Neurotunung or Brain training as it is THIRD, than
Module 4 Art of self programming, previous 2,2; 2,3 and 2,4
Module 5 Why we should be sceptical at the end
And finally one text document-BOOKLET, that wil connect module after module and encompass it all is a MUST!!!

Best of everything, and can't wait to know more, Ljubica

  225. I. A. Waniek March 26, 2011 at 9:12 pm #

    1. Don't explain things so much. Understanding should be intuitive. The student should understand what you want to "teach" him, from just a few words you utter, but oh, the right ones, spoken from the heart. Also from … you, your whole being, as a teacher. I have been teaching for a long time now, and when I find myself explaining, explaining, I know I'm on the wrong track. Sometimes a few words well assembled, like a three line poem, can transmit a whole world. (
    2. Be concrete, speak with images, not abstract words
    3. Program length? Structure? It seemed fantastic, at first, but then I remebered: I am a university professor and I love it, but who is the program actually aimed at?
    4. Mindfulness reminded me about the Japanese tea ceremony, and the trick to it: be there, in the ever present "now" and do every "little" thing with utmost respect, as there is no little/big thing.
    5. I repeat myself, the program is wonderful, full of "core", or Zen mind, but try to put it more in Zen words too. Simplify – as this is my view after a 2 mts viewing of the blueprint.

  226. Joseph March 26, 2011 at 9:35 pm #

I would prefer if you modify skeptical to read skepticism with an open mind, the reason being that a lot of people regard skepticism as a hard and fast rule, and that it cannot be resoned with.
    Joseph.

  227. hameD March 26, 2011 at 10:44 pm #

I think one special meditation for each module could be attached if there is available. the module 3 and 4 could be replaced in order; it is better for me to remove my barriers and then train my brain for better result. I think the framework is clear and you are gonna introduce a new system so I find it very exciting. I dont thing that the program is too long. There are essential parts that are unavoidable but better try to deliver the concept is short terms en technics.Good luck.

  228. Albert Metzler March 27, 2011 at 12:14 am #

I agree and undersign Consuelo Saah Baehr´s comment!

  229. Alfredo March 27, 2011 at 12:34 am #

I have been investigating mindfulness for a couple of years too. I beleive its a very easy, and at the same time hard, way to improve oneself. The Silva Life Method which I bought and have practiced from time to time over the last months contains many "mindful" techinques, although they are not called that.

In recent years many investigations about mindfulness have been made by different scientists in different fields like Neurology (Richardson) Psychology (Goleman, Siegel) Stress and pain reduction (Kabat-Zinn) plus the traditional teachnings of Tich Nath Han [not sure about the spellin right now]. And mindfulness has many followers that have appplied it in psychotherapy, stress reduction programs, etc.

I would be very interested in finding out if any new approaches in your method Laura.

On one of the questions you ask about the meditation excercises but I could not find any in the chart and that is all mindfulness is about. Meditation

I would start uttering that I wish I was a Psychologist to express my thoughts with the right words, but I can say that it is really useful for every type of person or patient and ethe easiest way to restore every human being's ailment, stress, or body impairment without popping pill, shots, or surrendering therapies. It just exercises mind to govern our body and that all. Itis really wonderful!

  231. Saghir March 27, 2011 at 5:14 am #

I find all this exciting and comprehensive covering every aspect of life but the price is my concern which is higher for people like us.

  232. Alan March 27, 2011 at 5:16 am #

I like the idea of the concept map, but it's a bit vague. I would need more details. Depending on how complex the system is, it might be something good, or might not.

  233. Alan March 27, 2011 at 5:20 am #

One more thing…what has been included in this system to help people when they become discouraged and stop thinking the program is working or not seeing the results they expect? What has been built into it to help keep them motivated? What makes someone want to get to the next "level?"

  234. Pam E March 27, 2011 at 6:27 am #

How to overcome one's self sabotaging barriers is what I see as perhaps the most critical and important objective of our experience here. However, how do we discern exactly which of our thoughts (or thought processes) constitute those barriers? In other words, given that we have all had different experiences which leave us lacking pure mindfulness, how do we determine/identify those key barriers that are holding us back? Perhaps this is covered by one of Modules 1 – 3, but I could not ascertain this from the titles and subtitles of those modules.
Thank you for the opportunity to participate!

  235. roberto March 27, 2011 at 6:46 am #

On my personal point of view, the first module (where you talk about concentrating and feeling), is a little complicated because I am hard to suggestion. I cannont achieve a complete relaxation. Wonder if there is another way of reaching it. The rest od the talk is very good. Specially the voice of the lady is really charming and speaks quite clear. Congratulations to that lady. I cannot give more info as I have not received further instructions or guidelines.

    Best regards

  236. Eli Ims March 27, 2011 at 8:24 am #

It looks complicated. It must be som way in simplifying it. The more simple it is the better.

  237. Angie March 27, 2011 at 8:26 am #

Have you ever thought about helping children with mindfulness? Or at least teaching us how to? I have two daughters 12, 7) and am divorced. I am trying to teach them to meditate and think positive, about the affirmations… but my ex husband is living like he is the only one who matters and he puts limiting beliefs on them every time they are together … While I am trying to help me with your teachings, I would also very much love to teach my children. Also I would like to help them study with three fingers technique but I have not find a book on it here in Slovenia…. Otherwise I find your new program good and actually exactly what we need at this point, where we are right now. I would love to have it today and start applying it! :) So good luck! And I must say how grateful I am to you for doing what you do. I am a better person because of you too! Thank you!

  238. Robert March 27, 2011 at 8:33 am #

It is far too big and complicated. People need an inexpensive, simple, concise and effective program that gives them solid, powerful and noticable results in days. I'm talking about results that smack them right across the face and are undeniably a result of the program. Results that can predictably repeated easily over and over and not discounted as a one time fluke. They want a program they can get through and put in full affect in less than a day and can be maintained in roughly 10 minutes each day. If they don't start to see small improvements in their life within 2-3 days of starting a program and major improvements within 2 weeks that continue to build… they will just drop it. Plain and simple. My advice… go back to the drawing board. Trim all the fat off. Ditch the hype. Create an effective system that produces quick, powerful, repeatable results 100% of the time, the first time, by anyone who tries it.

  239. AURORA RINCIOAGA March 27, 2011 at 8:46 am #

Yes. It's definitely a wonderful thing. It is well structured and exercise method proposed by Silva are already useful. I'm already thinking how I could use them for children with autism. I would use far meditation through sound.

  243. Peter Appolian March 27, 2011 at 1:47 pm #

From the looks of it, the program seems to be evolved and concise. I am positive it has covered all the angles necessary and that the time frame is kept to that effective minimum where the aspirant's interest is kept at a maximum pitch. All the best Laura.Since your success with the program is to be my success as well, here is wishing you all the very best from the bottom of my heart.

Sorry but can't see the bluprint it is not clear needs to be enlarged

  245. hartono March 27, 2011 at 2:31 pm #

    1. the overall program structure are more specific than the "unlimited you". it will work for the people which the problems similar to the seminar. it doesn't work for people who already learn the "unlimited you " or which already been attended at your seminar., except who already " laura minded ".
the missing program is no healing program.
    2. no, i don't like this propose meditation. your first lesson up to "unlimited you " more than enough and it seem more interested me.
    3. I am sorry i don't so clear with the meaning of program length ? if it meant that the program length is the content of each module, i think each module has nearly the same program length. modul 1 and model 3 are nearly the same. if people has to follow 5 module, it is too long.
    4. I am sorry that i have no intention to follow these program. I prefer like your old modul that this.

    1. Identify the mindfull program
    2. Is there anyother or similar training out there?
    3. Set out for establishing training
    4. Don't get bogged down by doubts/questions
    5. Display the art of self programming to overcome any doubts

  248. Anne March 27, 2011 at 4:25 pm #

I had a look at the program map. The colours are very beautiful. But the colours could be more strong. When there is something to be aware of. Then the red colour would be like a warning. Mind this! Notice this!

  249. Riaz March 27, 2011 at 4:36 pm #

If you wanted specific comments to each question then perhaps a comments section under each question will be more helpful. I think the overall layout of the program is very nice; it needs editing by some one to make sure there are no grammatical errors. I think if one could achieve all that is laid out in the plan, it will be no less than a miracle. I think the program is well-laid out but I could not understand which parts of the program refer to actual meditation exercises versus explanations and directions to perform specific meditation exercises and therefore can not comment if there are enough meditation exercises or of there are too many meditation exercises.

  251. michael March 27, 2011 at 7:14 pm #

In general it seems to be an interesting program. However there is a waste of space and energy when ideas are in repetition.Ialso feel that module 5 needs to be restructured , that more emphasis be given to the actual practice of mindfulness meditation. From this perspective your program has great potential as it creates a balance between personal growth and spiritual development. cheers.

  252. Rick March 27, 2011 at 7:36 pm #

In the fifth section talking about being skeptical- I think it better to state it as not having enough information to make an informed decision. People don’t have to take anything at face value, but if you are uneasy or unsure about something then you need more information to make up your mind and put your mind at ease.

Just the word skeptical makes people close themselves off from what is possible and is an excuse creator. Encouraging people to be skeptical will hold many people back from succeeding or trying something new or possibly beneficial to better themselves or their family’s future.

So encouraging people to seek out answers and educate themselves through book learning, talking to experienced people or trying something for themselves rather than being skeptical would be a good change.

I do like keeping everything positive though, as pitting positive into your mind will Only create positive outcome later on.

Thanks for listening to my input!!

  253. Randi March 27, 2011 at 7:55 pm #

I find your product or advertisement wordy and complimentary. With little to substantiate the authenticity of the remarks.

If one were to read all these compliments over and over again one would finally begin to believe it.

There must be a better way to promote your product without bombarding a person with unsupported flattery.

A very interesting new project and 1) the overall program is very complete towards the mindfullness and neuro-
tuning plus the traditional meditation. 2) I personally think that its all very well planned and I am sure that there
are enough to teach meditation with the different techniques. 3) I am sure that the length of the program is that
which you have planned it to be for all that there is to learn about meditation. The framework for me is perfectly
clear for a program I should like to follow. Best of luck.

after reading some other coments i see a pattern of people appolagising for that which is out of there control. maybe a futcher topic to address is how detramental these sorrys can be to ones selfasteem and how it can build on already seaded but possibly unrecognised fellings of guilt. this was a stumbeling block for me and its a truly terrible way to live

I tend to agree. Most of us are skeptical enough already. Faith is good, but an informed faith is better. Even the Bible says to test the spirits. Adding a section on healing, as well as one on habits as other suggested would seem more productive. I am not quite sure how mindfulness ties in with Silva either. Maybe you can be mindful while in alpha or get to a state of mindfulness faster?

With poor vision, I couldn't read the blueprint's small font. Sorry I can't help here.

It looks impressive and well designed but I'm not sure if it contains everything. Good luck.

not very direct . dragging your feet sort speak . It realy not the way that i learned it because i done it four times . The breathing was major aspect of it regarding meditation getting it right in class some could not . It takes a lot off pratice . Thats i done it four times no dough it is very good it changes your live and you will never be same again . We were told that the first day of the course . A journey of the mind a journey not one of you have ever taken before .

I think it is quite good for the first launching and by the flow of time we can improve it and make it better and better ,just make it practical because not everyone has enough time to practice,it can be evaluated later on,so go ahead with the project and wish you success.

At this point, I want more time to see if the information provided will be of benefit to myself in what I am seeking to enhance in my life role. The material is interesting and thought provoking. I, among many others, definetly seek the connection between thinking it and believing it can and will happen to myself. Thank you for the opportunity to explore the path less taken. joleenloretta@gmail.com

The layout looks straightforward. You should add things to make the new behaviour a lasting behaviour.

What I have read so far has helped me to better understand why I am the way I am and how I can change through the help and grace of God

  279. Gavin March 30, 2011 at 4:28 am #

I feel it would be good to draw a connection between mindfulness and success in the various aspects of life and goal achievement

I am uncertain as to the timescale on this although the content looks really sound and practical, the mindmap is a great way of displaying the course content.

The blueprint looks very clear to me. I was sold when I read "Why blind optimism is actually a bad thing". I'm quite interested in the project and I'll certainly try it out.

The blueprint is very clear and the content seems very balanced. I was sold when I read "Why blind optimism can actually be a bad thing". I'm very curious to find out more about the project and I will certainly participate in the future.

The program looks promising. Below are some (maybe) missing comments.
Module 1: What is the difference of Mindfulness in common and Neurotunning? What kind of power brings the combination between traditionally Mindfulness and the Silva Method?

Module 4: How Neurotunning can support us to deal with trauma`s and sad feelings? Can you give us meditation tools and technics because this is a world common problem.

Module 5: This is not a vibrating end of a course. Please add a 6th module. Perhaps combining the earlier exercises into a strong meditation or including a dvd with colorful images and sounds of relaxing areas. The end of the course has to be a final surprise.

Combine the course with a text/work book. We are more aware of our senses when we write down what we`re feeling and can reread it again.

I`m looking forward to the end product.

1.What do you think of the overall program structure? What works? What doesn't? Are we missing anything?
I do not know anything abaut it. But seem really interested and complete and probabily i do belive you need tu add more meditation
2.Do you like the proposed meditation exercises? Are there enough of them?
I do belive need be adding more meditation
3.What do you think of the program length? Is it too long, too short, or just nice?
I think is intersted and when something is interested do not matter the length
4.Does the program look like something you'd want to follow? Is the framework clear enough?
It is totally clear and is something I definitly like to follow

Just got it and listened to Lesson 1, and watched the videos. Very interesting. Some things as a Jew I disagree with- but quite a bit matches what we learn in Kabbalah. I am finding things I can use. THanky!!!!

  296. suedell July 16, 2012 at 5:05 pm #

I would also like to say that I appreciate all of the information, everything we need to grow and learn should be presented to us gradually.Anything filled with light and brilliance is processed gradually.I am expressing this because I have been reading some of the comments that are saying that there is too much information and that it is lengthy and difficult.Blessings to all, suedell
