I have been using the Silva Method for about 8 months now. But I was only doing it about once every 3 or 4 days. However I did notice a major difference in my mind, I found out a better way by doing it once a day. That was when I was sent a follow up by The Silva Company explaining to set up a schedule of doing it more often. Well I followed the suggestion and now listen to the DVD before I go to sleep and again when I wake up in the morning. I found that to be the answer to be even more helpful in my disposition towards life. I would recommend this method to anyone that would like to achieve the best results in living their life. That kind of individual would be able to truly enjoy life. I feel I have been blessed through the knowledge that Jose, Laura and their employees have passed on to me, and I thank God for that feeling, as well as all of them.

I want to know if it is possible to heal my mother. She is suffering from Alzheimer's disease at the age of 58, and is already in the late stages. She has no idea who her family is anymore, or where she is. She is losing her mind more and more every day. I want to know if it is possible to heal her? I really hate what this is doing to her, I am so desperate at this point

I’ve been using the Sylva Method for a little over a month now and it really has worked for me in every stage of my life! The visualization technique has really brought me to much more success than I would have believed in such a short period of time!
