Hi Laura, I purchased the Silva Life System recently after ordering the online course. I have been doing the 3 to1 quite a bit but am not sure if I am getting to level. I feel the same as always after getting to one. How do I really know. Is there some kind of home system to test whether I am getting to alpha. Thaks for any feedback.

at the very beginning i wrote some sort of feedback for
help, which was never answered. now you caught me.
i want to be very honest but have to tell you a little about
me first, for your better understanding.
i am german(69 years old, so english is not my mother
tongue) & live at present in the south of spain on a
sailing boat. have been living on the boat for the last 12
years, sailing around the world. i was always interested
in meditating but never had the opportunity to learn it.
two years ago we wintered with a young swiss couple
who learned to meditate with deepak chopra. i begged
her to instruct me. i tried it for a while, but i didn’t get
anywhere. in the meantime i talked to my sister in LA,
who also learned from deepak chopra. she has been
meditating for 20 years now, but was never able to find
the path to the ‘vowed land’ where you lose yourself, as
it was promised. so if you come back you have the feeling
a certain timespan is missing. at least that was the
instruction i received from melanie. for me it is very hard
on the boat to find a separat, silent place to meditate. this
is my main problem. my husband, who is american, is not
interested in meditating at all.

as i read your offer to free download your instructions, i
felt another call & was really interested. i have the whole
course in my computer. i find your news letters very
interesting – but i NEVER listened to the two beginning
lessons.
why? i am afraid! i am afraid that i will not understand
the instructions because i have a hearing problem & at
the same time i am afraid not to be able to reach the alpha
level. it seems to be TOO EASY to reach as you discribe it.
i don’t want to experience the frustration again, if i cannot
find what i am supposed to. i am not a very patient person
& i find it very hard to concentrate if i don’t know ‘where to
go’. there is also still the problem to find that separat, quiet
spot to be on my own. i am always thinking: one day i will
have all these problems solved, then i can fall back on the
download. but may be this time never comes, like the
people who say: one more item to finish on the boat, then
i will leave . . .
this is my truth.

Hi, I purchased the Silva Ultra Mind ESP disc package back in Oct or Nov of 2007 and I am able to reach awesome levels of relaxation. My desire is to increase my ability to achieve financial freedom and use my intuition to a greater degree of mastery. I am interested in learning more about achieving this and also attractive great success to my life. I feel that I would benefit from a on-line community / communication – a group of like minded people who can offer feedback and stories – support group. I am curious to know whether this already exists? I am interested in learning more, achieving higher levels of success and moving past relaxation to attain success with achieving goals.
