Hey everyone!
Here comes the big question… How was your Valentine’s Day celebrations?

Valentine’s Day is all about love, and you can celebrate love every single day, minute, moment and second of your existence in this wonderful and abundant Universe and with whomever you want!
It could be your mum and dad, your brothers and sisters, your closest friends and even your pet cat. Of course, the most important thing is self-love. Laura has always said that it’s extremely important that we love ourselves completely.
So today, I want to share with you some of my most favorite things to do when I feel the need to spend time alone and show some love to myself. Here’s what I do:
- Create a safe and cozy nook at home with throw-pillows, scented candles, flowers and music. This is a great place to meditate in and enjoy a state of deep relaxation.

- Cook a scrumptious and healthy meal
- Take a nice long bubble bath or a long shower (we already know that water has powerful healing properties and this will really help soothe your nerves)
- Filling a photo album with photos of special events
- Updating my bucket list and/or vision board
- Celebrate love in life. Send Valentine’s Day e-cards and postal cards to people I care about and spread some love and joy.
And after a day of enjoying all the above within my own space and just with myself, I come out refreshed, energetic and raring to go. Now I want to know what you do whenever you feel the need to show yourself some love.
Leave them in the comments box below!
Cheers,
Jill

Whenever i get deep love i enjoy my self ones & love in my soul
I am becoming wiser and more in tune with authentic self everyday.
self-love is the only love in the whole universe which can lead a man to un-conditional self-acceptance there by enhancing the self-confidence of a person.
