The Silva Method has nudged me in the right direction without going through all sorts of mindstops. Instead of the usual way of operating, spontaneous and procrastination, I’ve planned a bit more and have surprised family and friends by being on time consistently. I like the breathing room rather than feeling like I’m behind and trying to catch up at the last minute. More coincidences happen almost effortlessly because of concentrating on “Can do’s” and allowing the potentials of the future to come.

In the last nine years I have lost my mom to cancer,my marriage of 18 years,another friend to cancer,my Dad passed away this year after trying to beat cancer in April.It has been too much to soak up,and stay productive to a high potential.Changing the way we think,and not carrying negative feelings,reaching an Alpha state awareness is what I have learned from reading the newsletters.It seems to be a great Obstruction to remove the way we have been taught to think.You are blessed to know,and apply the Silva Method,everyone who gets the process I feel has their whole life they dream to have waiting for them to become real .Thank You Laura for all you do!

Those few newsletters I have reieved from Silva taught me much. Going into the Alpha level is a journey I’ll never forget. Silva has taught me to get what I want. It boosted my intuition and I’m doing better in life. The details are personal and I know that there is so much more to this. I would be so honored to get the program.

I stumbled upon the work of Napoleon Hill by seeking a path to my highest self, my highest purpose in this life. Napoleon Hill quickly introduced me to José Silva. I am so grateful for the work, generosity and support of José Silva and Napoleon Hill as I continue to benefit greatly from their instruction. In particular the generous gift of the free Silva Method lessons has imparted wonderful benefits to me. From my much improved overall general health and approach; great relief from the misery of: frequent migraines – worsening rosacea – painful cysts – & increasingly worn appearance; a new found and ever increasing level of loving patience, tolerance and understanding of others and myself; to an uncanny renewed well-spring of daily intuitive awareness and psychic experience, I am simply amazed in what I’ve gained in a very short time. Though I’ve only done the free lessons and not yet been able to attend a seminar or purchase the lessons I know that I will have both plus more and I just can’t wait! hello Laura,
I came across you and your work thru Helene Hadsell the woman who won very contest she ever entered — a fifty year winning streak!

i got to mindbiz.com and got more of your materials before getting the Silvalifemethod eventually. it been great so far. can’t wait to get my hands on the intuition program and the ultramind course.

I have used the mirror of the mind technique to solve issues with cold. the weather in my country can be funny and unpredictable at times, and our noses can drip with each change.I just visualise in the first blue framed mirror in front of me the situation as is, and then shifting it to the left by about 15 deg, the mirror gets transformed to white or golden with the solution! works in drying my nose in no time!

sometimes i struggle with insomnia at night, so i use the sleep control
technique and before you know it, am fast asleep.

am still working with my counsellors with little success, have never had to use the glove anaethesia.

with the 3-finger technique in locating parking spaces, there seeems to be a time delay for me. I may want to get one today, I’d put my three fingers together and visualize one but it wont come out immediately, but the next day withut doing it….one comes up. can’t seem to explain that though

I’ll need instructions on how to specifically use it for financial gains in business though.

Hi Laura,
I am sorry I am not able to post video of my story on the face book, but any way here it is.
I have aching feet since last six years. Every day used to be a challenge. And how I passed the whole day looking after home, husband & three children is something I just cannot explain in words, even the memory is painful. I had started believing that I had lived my healthy and useful days that were granted to me. And will have to live through the rest of my life with the pain. But after using the free recording of Silva Centering Exercise before going to bed, I was absolutely amazed the next day, how fresh and light I felt, as if there never was any pain. Since that day my belief of having lived past my useful days has changed. Now I have good hope for future. During first few months I used it every day, but now I can easily go into Alpha state without any recorded help. Moreover, when ever I learn about any ones chronic pain, I just cannot help but tell them of the Silva technique and how it helps me every day. My constant pain had put me in lot of depression, but now I am using Alpha level [thanks to Silva Centering Exercise] to get rid of that too. I know its going to take some time, but I am very hopeful that I will succeed to quit all medication one day. Thank you Laura, Thank you very much for giving my life a good hope. I suppose that is all one needs to live “GOOD HOPE”. Thank you again.

I started working with the Silva method and one week later my husband and I were leaving for a trip to Washington D.C. We were a bit short on cash but I would be paid while we were there so I wasn’t worrying about it but my husband was. Well the day before we left a friend that had bought a boat from us a year earlier but hadn’t paid for it showed up with the money. A week later our basement flooded and I decided to call the insurance company. My husband was sure it wouldn’t be covered and we had a $1000 deductable. I told him to let me handle it I did my visualization and called. The adjuster was so friendly and understood our predicament. He ended up giving us $3200. I was able to get new carpet and have everything cleaned up without any major financial set back on our part. Thank you for this wonderful mind opening life changing program. I am so grateful!

From mundane to One with Nature. I hated my job. I hated my fast paced life style…and all the meaningless “toys”. I hated my life. Silva delivered all and more than I’d dreamed. After discovering Silva in the 1980′s, I became aware of the exquisite power, untamed and untapped, within the human brain.

My first instinct was to heal.

While waiting for a friend taken to an emergency room, I took an empty seat behind a young woman in severe pain. She sat two aisles away. I dipped briefly into Alpha level and within moments her crying ceased and a bewildered calm took its place. She turned around and looked straight at me, saying ‘thank you.’ I’m still not sure how she knew.

During my Navy years, I was a single parent with two children. My teenage son loved being outdoors and would often go night fishing at nearby lakes. On one particular night I awakened with a start, knowing my son was in danger. I located him after a few moments at level, dressed hurriedly and ran for the car. Just as I pulled out of the driveway, I had a weird urge to return and pack a lunch?! Silva taught me to pay attention to those hunches, so back I went for peanut butter, jelly and a loaf of bread. Soon, I was at the lake and as my headlights illuminated my son, he was retrieving his knife from a large cottonmouth near his feet! He looked up, grinned and said ‘Hi Mom! Bring anything to eat?’

Silva allowed me to keep tabs on my loved ones, yes, but it also allowed me to keep them safe from harm. I’ve been able to heal others, memorize large technical training manuals, teach easily and effectively with memory pegs, locate lost objects and more. Serenity became a way of life. Silva became a single parent’s best friend.
